Apart‑Hotels in Tokyo PrefectureCondo Hotel

Family of 5 (kids 6, 8, 11), first time to Japan. Centrally located and close to rail stations (5-11 min walk). FamilyMart and Natural Lawson's a stones throw away.

While Google maps has this as a 4-star hotel, this is only 2-3 stars at best. It is inexpensive and good value. But the rooms are dim and dated.

I loved my stay at the Nihombashi Mimaru Suites. The apartment style room suited my party of 6 perfectly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mimaru Suites Tokyo Nihombashi! The family room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice sitting/dining area.

Very much enjoyed this hotel! Quieter area outside the city. Very close to ikebukuru station — maybe 6-7 blocks. Lawsons and 7-11 feet away.

Everything in the room was perfect! But I personally find the bed too hard and the pillows too soft.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Mimaru Suites in Tokyo Asakusa. We would definitely stay here again. It’s easy access to the SkyTree and the Ginza train line. Minimart is

Just had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Mimaru Suites Asakusa. We were warmly welcomed by Hatsukari after a long journey.

This apartment is quite big as it almost feels like home. It is situated in a quiet street and there are a few small restaurants and shops closeby.

Top stay, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Has everything you need. Full apartment, with nice view of Skytree from higher floors.

Our family of four had an excellent stay here, and we would happily stay again.
The hotel is elegant, quiet, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location.

The hotel alone is great but what makes it even better is the service and location. We stayed for 9 days, family of 4 and we had a wonderful time.

The hotel rooms, amenities, and staff are all excellent. The facility is comfortable, well furnished, and great proximity to transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Value for money. You get clean and spacious rooms for the stay. Very professional service by the hotel team too.

Outstanding hotel. Even though the room was very small, it was very clean, and comfortable, making for a great stay overall.

I had an amazing experience at the Lyf Shibuya Tokyo Hotel. As an American traveler, it truly felt like a home away from home feel.

I stayed here during my last trip to Tokyo. In my opinion, this place is just perfect in every way. The room is clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly and the service is great.

Highly recommended family-friendly hotel in Tokyo.
We stayed in a Studio room (22 sq. M. ) with a minimalist design. The room uses a PIN code entry system.

The staff at Tokyo station East is incredible.

Mimaru Tokyo Station East was perfect for my family of 5 adults. We had the 2 bedroom mini suite with family dining. It’s about a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station and a 5-7 min walk to other stops.

This is my second stay at Section L Hamamatsucho. The kitchenette is the clincher for me, since I need to adhere to a particular dietary regimen. Also the washer-dryer works well.

This was a great hotel to stay in. It’s close to two different stations making it easy to travel to any of the neighborhoods in Tokyo. The room soundproofing was pretty good.

We stayed in a family room which has 2 twin beds pushed together and bunk beds for 2 more people.

Monday Apart Premium is located about 2 minutes from the Shin-Nihombashi JR station, which allowed us to reach various other stations underground. This was very helpful on rainy days.

Set in a quiet neighborhood, it's an easy walk to Ginza. The rooms are clean and comfy, serving as a great base to get around.

We recently stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The perfect distance from ueno station, with plenty of Izakaya within a few blocks, a train station a block away. While still feeling quiet and removed from all the noise and chaos of central Ueno.

Great room. Excellent location. Highly recommended for families. We had 2x adjoining rooms — plenty of room for 3x adults and 2x children, with two toilets and two showers.

We basically only slept at night and were out all day sightseeing. The hotel is in a great spot to move in and out of tokyo. All the hosts were accommodating and very friendly.

Such incredibly helpful staff. They go above and beyond and nothing is a hassle. Clean, modern rooms. We had a family of 4 staying here and it was exactly what we needed.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is quiet but close to lots of shopping and good restaurants. The hotel was very clean!

Great spot. Great room. Great staff. Room seemed large for Tokyo. Bathroom was very nice. Amenities were great.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Section L Tsukiji! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They gave us great recommendations for where to visit and eat!

Tsukiji is my happy place so this hotel is a no brainer. Great service, great value for money. The room is great for two. Love the in-room washing machine. The staff here are all amazing.

Great location. Only a 6 to 15 minute walk to various train stations. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Love the fact that there's a laundry inside the unit. The staff is very friendly.

My family had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious for four of us each having our own bed. The kitchenette was well equipped. The shower/bath was separated with a door from the washer and sink.

We are the visitors from Taiwan who stay the MONday Apart from Jan. 22~26. My wife got the serious vomiting and diarrhea at the first night.

Stayed at MONday Apart Ueno Shin-Okachimachi with my family (3 people) and had a very comfortable stay.
The room was spacious by Tokyo standards and never felt cramped, even over multiple nights.

We really enjoyed the space of the room and the layout. Having laundry was amazing and it was really close to the transit lines.

Great place and convenient for travel around Tokyo. Had its own washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, grill and kettle. English instructions for washer dryer would have been helpful.

We are currently staying at the Tabi Ueno — what a gorgeous hotel! Room is large and beautifully laid out. Kitchenette and wager/dryer are very handy. Impeccably clean. Beds are firm but comfortable.

We really enjoyed our peaceful stay here. Location is great, only 5-10 minutes walk from Keisei Ueno (direct line to Narita Express) and Ueno JR station.

We were a group of five, and at first, the room seemed a bit small! But after staying for four nights, we found the space sufficient and could even fit four suitcases.

Clean and convenient. Around 15mins-20mins walking to different subway stations and Senso-ji temple area. Easy check in/ out. Washer — dryer is very useful. Overall is pretty good.

Would definitely stay here again. I found the service to be great and the hotel to suit our needs for the trip.

Rooms are tiny! But they are clean, and have everything you need. The staff is readily available and helpful, and having a coffee shop as a lobby is a nice touch.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and well designed, offering plenty of space to relax, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The service was exceptional.

We had great stay here. Rooms are large (40sqm) with small kitchenette and washing/dryer machine. Relatively new (April 2025 opening). Quiet part of Ginza.

The apartment was less than 5 mins away from the Hibiya line, very convenient. We even walked to Ginza with our 2 years old on Sunday morning. The room is big, comfortable and cozy at the same time.

We had a really pleasant stay here at the tail end of our Japan trip.
