My Family of 10 stayed for 5 nights, awesome hospitality. Pete and crew were fabulous so accomodating, felt like home. Great location to ski fields, hassle free. Will be back love Madaroa.

I spent a week here with a group who were skiing at a variety of resorts. Accommodation is comfortable but due for a bit of a spruce up. Lodge has all the amenities you need for skiing.

It's a few shared bungalows in a remote area of Chichi-Jima island, and you're in the middle of nature. For me what really made the stay fantastic was the staff and other guests.

Positive: Absolutely amazing. The staff are kind, attentive and patient. A little far from the city centre but that didn't matter since Shanti offered a pick up and drop off ride.

Literally nothing better I could have asked for for a night less than 30 USD. The bed is big, the kitchen is great, the staffs are nice and helpful, the location is 100m away from nagano station.

Near the train station so it is very convenient. Staff are super friendly. Place is clean, beds are comfortable.

Stayed with 7 people (3 kids) and had a fantastic time. Home was recently renovated, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was also quite kid-friendly (inside and outside) and that relieving.

The location was great nearby Nippori (1 km) and Uguisudani (500 m) and many convenience store nearby. The room were great with 5 mattrass and 2 heater.

One of the best places I have lived in Japan. It is very beautiful in terms of arrangement and amazing designs. It has a Japanese character and comfortable views from all directions.

We absolutely love everything about this place. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. 3 double beds. Nice living room with Nintendo. Great Onsen like bath.
