Chiyoda Hotels

Stayed here from June 18th-27th as my first trip to Tokyo and really enjoyed it. Great location 27th floor of Sapia Tower, right next to Tokyo Station.

Great location. Lots of dining and shopping options. Hotel is new. Rooms are well equipped. Not large but very comfortable. The large model railway in the hotel lobby is brilliant.

One of our favorite hotel to stay at in Japan whenever we visit. It's just as small as most Tokyo prime location hotel rooms are.

Lovely hotel! Fantastic location right out front of Akihabara station electric town gate. Room was very comfy, I liked the big bathroom.

We had a lovely stay here. Location is excellent as it's across the street from Tokyo Station. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was great.

Luxury in Service.
I stayed here many years ago & returned to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Shangri-La never disappoints. They have spacious room, offer excellent service & great food.

Best Comfort Hotel for Self-Driving.
Keiko, one of the receptionists, provided excellent service.

Spent the first three nights of our trip here. 40 minutes from Haneda Airport and located in Chiyoda. Greeted by lovely staff, although check in and checkout is automated but quite straightforward.

This Toyoko Inn is ideally situated with convenient access to more than five major subway lines, including JR and Metro.

Perfect location for me! Very easy to get to Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Akihabara, day trip to Chiba.

Great value for the price. Excellent location near the Yamanote Line. The staff was kind, and the facilities were clean. Plenty of showers, sinks, and bathrooms, so I never had to wait.

Kanda is an area filled with locals, you barely see tourists. The receptionist in this hotel is also barely speak english.

Great location close to many metro stations. Room very small but very clean comfortable bed. Very strange pillows. Tv. Kettle and fridge in room. Perfect for sleeping in.

Famous hotel nowadays, small room size but comfortable. We choose the hotel just between Ueno &Akihabara. Ten minutes walking to Subway station. Easy way to Ginza.

The lobby is located on the second floor. The elevator will always stop on the second floor which can be a bit awkward however I notice other hotels of this type doing this for security reasons.

I loved that I could request the room cleaning and otherwise it would not automatically happen daily.

Had a pleasant stay at Belken Hotel Kanda.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large enough, with a large comfy bed, well equiped, super clean, with a daily cleaning service.

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel! This was my second time staying here — the first being part of a school trip in 2014.

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The service was truly excellent — every staff member was so friendly and accommodating, making sure I felt welcome and taken care of throughout my stay.

This is an incredible location for access to Tokyo Station, the Palace, and Ginza. The rooms are superb and the view helps inspire and relax.

This is truly the best service we have ever experienced.

We stayed here for our two night stopover. It’s a small boutique hotel with chill vibes and pleasant staff. Our superior king room was small but that’s typical (think NYC or Paris hotel room).

We stayed six nights at this hotel and, overall, had a pleasant stay.
POSITIVE points:
* The front desk staff were very attentive, helpful, and diligent.

Great value room in a good location, with extremely helpful and attentive staff. About 4 minutes walk to a metro station, with plenty of amenities around.

We were warmly welcomed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi by Yunita upon arrival. She was kind, attentive and very professional, making the check in process smooth and comfortable.

Small but very nice, modern and clean rooms. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, makeup remover sponges supplied daily which was nice!

On the positive side, as with other APA hotels, the rooms and common areas are clean, and the staff is helpful.

What a wonderful hotel! We are frequent travelers and the attention to detail and service here has been phenomenal.

A great hotel Amazing hospitality, service, food, amenities, conference facilities and people.

The room is small but cozy and comfortable. The staff let us keep our bags for free after we checked out! Also, they have a very organized lost and found system.

Good service, rooms are small but enough. They also ensure to take care of small things in room and washrooms which was great.

Outstanding Stay — Exceptional Service and Perfect Location.
Our stay at Marunouchi Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Marunouchi Hotel. From the moment we checked in until the end of our stay, everything was truly exceptional.

This is technically a "business hotel", but it is also perfect for solo travellers. For couples the rooms/beds may be a bit small, but for a solo person travelling for work or tourism it is perfect.

Dormy Inn is my go to hotel choice in Japan. Having access to an onsen or sento after a long day exploring Japan is so relaxing and refreshing.

The polished hospitality of the New Otani continue to make it one of Tokyo’s most dependable luxury hotel experiences in my opinion.

I first saw the New Otani, 007 You Only Live Twice, then when I came to Japan in 1983, I made sure I stayed there. Loved it, only took me 40 years to come back and it didn't disappoint.

Fantastic location and exceptional staff. On check in we were dealing with a blocked credit card, and the evening staff went above and beyond to help us phone our bank and get it all sorted.

We stayed at Hotel SUI Kanda by Abest for 5 days and 4 nights, and had a wonderful experience throughout our stay.

1000/10 stay great location and even better staff. I ran into a snag with my luggage delivery but they helped me get it sorted out while I was enjoying my trip. Place is clean and plenty of amenities.

This was my 2nd time to stay in Real life in Tokyo chain.
It seems the hotel built quite newly.
I stayed for 4 nights in Idabashi and again had great memory.

Our stay at HOSHINOYA Tokyo was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Every detail of the experience felt intentional, refined, and perfectly executed.

Hoshinoya Tokyo has been an incredible stay. Everything feels calm, intentional, and thoughtfully done, from the design of the space to the overall atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly, they even helped me ship my suitcase to the next hotel after their work hours.
The room was nice, I had a private room, can't say anything about the dorms.

I've stayed at ＆AND HOSTEL AKIHABARA three or four times now, and it's always been a great experience.

Good：location, easy access in and out, friendly landlord, bed is clean, cheap for its location.
Bad: bathroom has stains and maybe mold? Tight space, bathroom shared with 5 other people and 2 sinks.

Great location for both metro and train with many different lines in less than 10mins walk. The hostel facilities is basic but enough for what you need.

I’ve had a great time here and keep coming back. The staff are so friendly and always there to help, even late into the night!

Had been there three times! Really clean and nice hostel and the price is awesome. 3 minutes walk from the Asakusabashi (station number "A16"! ) station and you got both JR and Toei Subway access.

My most favorite capsule hotel that I've experienced in Japan. The best part was staff — very professional, friendly and helpful. My capsule was clean and comfortable.

Top location, center of the main street of akihabara. Staff are very helpful. I arrived sick and they helped with giving me a capsule closeby to its facilities.
