A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Meticulous attention to detail. The beds are straight from heaven. They do everything exactly right here and the location could not be better. You can walk one block to the JR Yamanote line and there's a subway station in the basement. In my opinion, it's the finest hotel in Tokyo.

It has been a while since I went to Peter at Peninsula hotel last time. As the high quality of service has been maintained and sustainable, it is still a good place for welcoming good friends. Tokyo Joe is indeed a cocktail for celebrating reunion.

First time for me staying at this hotel — it is perfection. In the heart of Tokyo right outside the Imperial Palace and Gardens, it feels surrounded by history and old fashioned customer attention while still providing the ultimate in elegance, luxury and modernity to its guests. The rooms are spacious and the staff care is white-glove… way beyond a 5-star rating. Stunning restaurant and bar lounge at the top floor also deserves a visit at night to see the city views while enjoying company (though I felt food and wine were just ok… it was the trendy club — like vibe and chic atmosphere that put it off the charts for me). This place is worth a stay!

This is a beautiful hotel, the staff is very courteous and helpful. We had two superior rooms connecting and they where beautifully decorated, the rooms and bathrooms had all the amenities necessary for us and the kids, including robes, slippers, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, etc. They sent us courtesy snacks to our room every other day, they got cleaned twice a day which was nice but a bit overkill to be honest. They offer laundry and dry cleaning, but we didn't use it since it was a bit pricey and we needed it mostly for the kids. The hotel has a beautiful Spa, Gym and a fantastic pool. The only bummer is that after 6pm there are no kids allowed. The hotel is kid friendly, the staff is very accommodating, and they work with a great babysitting service, and they offer a Pokemon Adventure. I would stay again there!

My experience at the Peninsula Hotel was excellent! From lobby, front desk, room, dining to management was superb. Turn down service was extraordinary. Just want to say you have an excellent staff and team, it shows. I would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to return soon. This was my first visit to Japan and you have helped make it a very memorable one that I will always cherish. Thank you again.

Everything is fine. The Design of the 90s) the pool is lovely, the kids are happy.

So, my wife got the decimal place wrong in her currency conversion and we ended up staying a night here despite the expense. It was easily the nicest hotel I've ever stayed, and I have been in some really nice places for work. All of the staff was awesome, the room was beautiful, clean and high tech, and the rest of the facility was terrific as well. And it's in a really nice location, close to restaurants and shopping. I really wish we had more than one night there as we didn't have time to get into that beautiful pool.

Stayed with family in April 2017. Overall; location, comfort, room size, hotel staff behaviour is 5-star except; 1. Reception area is very congested and mentally tiring after arriving from a long flight as it is next to the elevators (with alot of human traffic to go up/down the rooms) and in a small hallway to walk through… 2. Carpeting in the room needs replacement as it feels rather aged and seems to release the odor of the old age. Apart from these issues I would stay in this beautiful property if in Tokyo again.

Lovely place for afternoon tea. Staff at the lobby were very attentive. Food and drinks were very delicious. They quickly adjusted their dishes due to my allergies. Live music could have been a bit quieter. It was a bit too loud to be considered background music.

The nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. I am not easy to please as I spend at least 100 nights per year in hotels. English speaking staff. Large rooms with Crestron system. Everything is automated. Closet is larger than most hotel rooms. Highly recommend!

Lives up to its name. Excellent service from porter staff to front desk managers. You get what you are paying for. Recommended highly, this uber place sits on a very good location, overlooking the Imperial Palace grounds, it provides easy access to the Palace Park, and all major shopping & food belts. The spa & indoor heated pool at L6 is a must visit for those stating here, and both restaurants at the Lobby & L24 provides uber excellent foods… I especially like the high tea at the Lobby cafe. Rooms are super comfy… I only wished they had provided me with an orthopaedic pillow that I had earlier requested… else everything is almost perfect. Will come back for sure.

Aside from their spacious, ultra luxe suites — it is all about the details, and the tremendous consideration with which they treat their guests at The Peninsula Tokyo. I swear that they must have hired someone to anticipate every possible need a guest could ever have and include it in your room! If it isn’t there, the staff are more than happy to accommodate you. Again it is the details. For example every day after the maid service came, they would leave us a wonderful se…lection of succulent fruits. It was my first time ever having tried yuzu, the glorious Japanese grapefruit. One morning at breakfast, I asked one of the waiters in the restaurant what this wonderful yellow fruit is, he told me that it is yuzu, and I told him how much I love it. From that day on they brought extra yuzu to our suite! I sent away for laundry service and it was delivered in a beautifully wrapped package in a wooden box. Little details like this mean so much, and I think this is really the essence of The Peninsula Tokyo. The suites are absolutely enormous, modern, and tastefully decorated. Views are fantastic. You will find every possible amenity that you could ever need in your hotel room (don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your phone charger, or you are in need of a printer — it’s all there). The beds are incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms include dual mirror/vanities with a waterfall bathtub, large shower, television, and stereo. Heated floors.

Best Hotel in Tokyo, and of the world's best chains. Multiple stays, all excellent. Great location in Ginza withing walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful staff and a very helpful concierge that helps book restaurants and tours. Rooms are also very large at 50sqm+ more than 500sq ft!

Simply one if the best if nit the best hotel in Tokyo. I alway stay here for nearly 10 year. Great location services and room. It like my 2nd home.

Great location at top of Ginza, decor somewhat dated I feel, room spacious, large bath tub, generally service good as expected from such category hotel… no complains…

The Peninsula is an upperclass hotel with an elegant atmosphere and with highly professional staff and extraordinary service. The view over the Imperial Palace from it's bar lounge is superb, and amenities are ready without fail. This hotel is highly recommended for travelers with a somewhat more generous budget.

The Peninsula is one of the memorable hotels in Tokyo. Almost close to Ginza. The peter bar and restaurant was great nice modern interior and Service all over incredible and efficient. Very delicious and hospitable staff. Such a nice place to visits and spend the time with fresh mind.

Very nice hotel lobby. Friendly well-trained staff. The afternoon tea for 5000nous is themed this month due to the breast cancer awareness month under the motto "pink, " which has been lovingly and creatively implemented. Various high-quality teas are included. Quality of food very good. Pleasant musical performance with violin and tako (traditional Japanese stringed instrument).

Beautiful and elegant hotel with excellent service. The rooms were not large by any means but the spa was nice and the concierge was helpful. Beds are hard as usual in most hotels in Asia unfortunately. But the room was quiet and relaxing.

I have stayed at a few nice hotel in Tokyo, but none of them gave me so special room service. Thank you house keeping ladies, made my room extremely neat. I will bring everyone a box of Godiva if I stay the Peninsula Tokyo next time. Thank you.

Can only rate the outside coffee shop, which serves good though rather expensive coffee. There are other better (i. E. Cheaper) options with street seating nearby.

Just a week ago, me and my colleagues were hosted for dinner accompanied by the sales director Yas San who made our presence for that few hours so memorable. I was taken by surprise with the level of quality and attention to details in every little aspect of their service, be it the room, terrace, Swimming pool to the dining area. Everything was so spectacular I can't even begin to tell how much I Was in love with Peter's Grill with a lovely sky line view at night. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset or simply dine in with some elegance as the sun sets to witness the beautiful city lights. Definitely one of the best meals I had during my 1 week stay in Japan. Peninsula would be a property I look forward to during my next visit. Major love for this one.

Extravagant hotel (honestly, who needs a built in nail dryer next to the make up table) in a very nice location. Even the smallest room is very spacious, with a large bathroom and living room area.

Absolutely amazing hotel set within 5 minute walk to the main Ginza shopping & dining district. Check in was spectacular as we were escorted straight to our room from our Tesla limousine and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was not a buffet but it was still sufficient for us to start our day. Also, this hotel is connected to the Hibiya train station which is connected to the main Ginza subway station. Truly an iconic experience!

High-level Chinese restaurant. I recommend to take dishes and share them with the people you are eating, so taste a bit of everything.
PS: It costs a lot, but it's worth them all.

Great location, Peter on top floor is a great restaurant, service all over incredible and efficient, rooms are spacious and modern only the breakfast in the lobby floor has potential to improve a bit.

The Peninsula is a beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and views. The staff was excellent and always right on top of any need we had. My only reason for the 4 stars actually has nothing to do with the hotel… More it's restaurants. We enjoyed our hotel experience immensely but found the food establishments and in-room dining lacking. For this we had to remove one star. As a hotel it's amazing, but so many of these places have incredible food for their guests as well and I hoped this Peninsula would as others have.

Very good hotel. Staff are friendly. And have access to 3 subway lines directly. Price comparing to other 5 star hotels is cheaper.

Super modern and comfortable. Room was spacious. Shower was a bit awkward at first with the water going into tub and surrounding, but got used to it.

Origami Cafe has amazing desserts with food to match. I recommend the course meals, pretty much everything is delicious but the price is well above average. Recommended if you want to impress someone.

This by far has been the best experience I have ever had at any hotel. The staff showed exceptional hospitality, to the point where they would constantly insist in carrying my luggage. At every turn I was greeted with nothing but smiles and an offering of help if needed. In addition the room I stayed in wss clean, very clean and my 20th floor view was breath taking. Not sure why the other reviews had something different to say, but it was definitely worth every penny and wouldn't hesitate to not stay there on my next visit.

The bartender of the peninsula is a master of his craft. The ' Basil ginger caipirinha "is one of the best what I've ever had.

I think the rooms are nice, but too much furniture in them! Staff are helpful but harried. Peter Bar is nice and afternoon tea superb. All in all a good hotel if your company is footing the bill. If not, you can get a better deal at other hotels.

Wonderful hotel closely to the Royal Palace in Tokyo, 5 minutes from Tokyo station and less even in the Yurakucho of Yamanote Line. You have Ginza walk a short distance, in addition.
The service is exceptional, brutal quality of rooms, control all the parameters of the room using buttons, and plugs are dual, 110 and 220 volts, making it ideal for tourists. Bed very comfortable, many dining options without having to leave the hotel, etc.
It has swimming pool, gym and 20 meters, and up to 2 direct outputs to Hibiya subway station. I loved, it shows? :D.

I stayed for business for two nights. Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at for work. The rooms are gigantic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the amenities are amazing. If I was going back to Tokyo, this is where I would stay. Very easy commute to the main train station if you are going around the country of Japan. The subway is a block away with a large park across the street as well.

This was my first stay at the Tokyo Peninsula and the experience was amazing. First off, the location is in the heart of Tokyo, near the imperial palace, parks and shops; making it really easy to explore the city. My room was luxuriously furnished and very spacious. The large soaker tub and king sized bed make for a very relaxing night after a long flight. The staff were all very professional, helpful and accommodating. Overall, my experience at the Peninsula was fantastic and I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Tokyo.

I have stayed 3 times at the Peninsula and am never disappointed by it. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is beyond compare. The staff is very personable and attentive without being in-your-face. They make you feel very welcome and it would seem that they truly desire that your stay be a memorable one. If you can afford it stay here! $tyle.
