Manageable distance from Nippon Nippori Station.
3 rooms with 2 single/double beds each.
House was fully equipped with amenities. From cook facilities and utensils, cups, cutlery.

Just 8 minutes walk from the station, it's very easy to find. Booking didnt even take 2 minutes as I had booked beforehand and the room was nice and cozy, warm and clean.

Suits the needs of a place to stay in a pretty quiet neighborhood yet very close to train stations and Shinjuku in particular.

Eichi was always friendly and responsive. The location was great (very close to the JR train station and the tube station).

Had an amazing time here. Beds are really comfy and theres a big bathroom!

We stayed for 5 days and 5 nights with our 3 kids. The host was responsive to our questions. It was a pleasant stay. Very clean and had all the amenities listed. We had no issues with laundry too.

We found it great value for money. It's suitable for a family stay with complete amenities. OK groceries is just a stone away that we can get all items needed. We love this unit.

Nice cozy place, about 15 minutes from 2 train stations and about 15-20 min walk to Asakusa. 4-10 min walk from 3 different conbinis.

Visiting Tokyo for 2nd time with my family with 2 kids, we decided to stay here. The check in snd oit process just without people, all handled by system, so follow the steps they asked, it's easy.

The room was a perfect little retreat in Tokyo! The room is so clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The location is excellent — close to the station and local shops.

It is a fantastic apartment with a spectacular location. You can find a 7-Eleven, Lawson, or FamilyMart, as well as Uniqlo stores, just a short walk away. The train station is also easily accessible.

It's just a Japanese apartment, but exactly what we were looking for. The price was right and much more space than a hotel room in Tokyo. I will stay here again.
