Tokyo Prefecture Hotels

Excellent location, walking distance to Ueno Station and to the others attractions. Hotel also located at a quiet place too which is a bonus.

Fantastic location and a clean hotel. Has everything you need.

Just about perfect business hotel for single or couples. Location is excellent (near 2 train stations, walking distance to Akihabara).

I have stayed in probably 5-6 APAs throughout Japan and this one was similar to many of the others (to be expected).

The apartment is in a quiet area, but just around the corner, there’s a lively shopping street with many restaurants, including halal options, which I really appreciated.

I booked for 4 days 3nights stay, the unit is quiet new, very clean, spacey, it's actually can be for 2 person if you don't mind a bit of a squeeze on the bed.

We’re still here, and I’m already sad that we’ll have to leave in a few days.
This is truly the most wonderful place you’ll find in Tokyo—and we’ve been to Tokyo many times.

We was stajni for 5 nights in 6 person group in one room on 7th floor. It was really great. Price/quality ratio is at high level. Room was big, 2 beds and tatami mat.

I really like the English support system—it makes things so much easier for tourists. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond when we had a problem.

Great aparthotel, everything you need in the room which was very clean and tidy.
Easy check in and out. No problems.

By Australian standards, this is a 4.5 star hotel! With luggage stored under the bed, it was enough room for us to stay for 17 nights.

Excellent location: Asakusa station is a ~3 min walk, offering superb connectivity across Tokyo. Sensoji shrine is a ~7 min walk.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my daughter. It is nice and clean. As you know, most hotels in Japan are small in size. If you have large size luggage, your room will feel even more small.

Like other APA branches, this hotel is conveniently located near a station. The room is small but compact and well-equipped with everything guests need.

I loved our stay at this hotel in Ikebukuro! Here are my pros & cons:
Pros:
• Good size for a room in Tokyo! We had plenty of space to get packed up at the end of our trip.

The whole staff has been very kind. The location is perfect, near the heart of Ikebukuro and with plenty of restaurants, konbini, and shops nearby.

The room is clean, service at the counter attentive and helpful. The heater (air conditioner) has a bit noise, but acceptable. The breakfast is perfect, has a lot of options and delicious.

Rooms are very small, but if you are always out and about exploring tokyo, its actually not that bad. The rooms are also very clean.

I realy was surprised by this hotel, It was realy clean the staff just amazing and so helpful, they also recommend some restaurants and do everything for you to feel good, There is free coffee and

Our room was tiny, even by Japanese standards, but was OK so long as we didn't both want to move around at the same time.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was well maintained.

Stayed here twice over last weeks, the 2nd time after cancelling booking elsewhere as I enjoyed it so much.
Staff A1. Rooms excellent in terms of cleanliness, amenities etc.

Rooms — they allowed my daughter to stay with us. It was our choice. For its price and location this is one of the best.
Service — they will assist you no matter what.

Check in was relatively painless. Staff are polite, competent, and have a good command of spoken English. Rooms are quite small. There is a tiny bathroom with small tub, shower, and toilet.

We loved the layout of the room. Travelling with 2 teenagers the separate sleep pods gave everyone privacy.

I had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

When looking for a place to stay in Tokyo the options are many. The issue becomes what would be a good location to be able to get around Tokyo easily.

Loved our stay at Section L. It was very spacious for Tokyo and efficiently designed. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the station with easy access to everything.

I stayed at Mercure Tokyo Hibiya for two nights and it was a lovely base for exploring the city.

We stayed at Mercure Tokyo Hibiya for a total of 7 nights over two separate stays during our recent Japan trip.

Location is great, walking distance to the JR and Metro line. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby so it is the place if you want convenience.

Good location with good price. The room is small but relatively large compared to other small size hotel in Tokyo. The room is close to the train track.

A decent size and quirky room for the four of us, as it was winter, good to have the washing machine and dryer as well. It's much more of an airbnb. Pillows are not great.

Loved staying here! I wished I could've stayed longer and really get to enjoy it more. After a 13h flight, this felt so cozy, beautiful and functional.

The staff was very friendly, they even helped me ship my suitcase to the next hotel after their work hours.
The room was nice, I had a private room, can't say anything about the dorms.

I've stayed at ＆AND HOSTEL AKIHABARA three or four times now, and it's always been a great experience.

Nice place to stay, will come back again.

Staying at TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET completely exceeds expectations.

TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET is a stylish and memorable place to visit in Jingumae, even without staying overnight. I stopped by the local store and bar to look around and enjoy a cocktail.

While we spent more than we wanted during our stay in Tokyo it was well worth it. Huge room and king size bed. Tub and walk in shower. Cute rooftop seating and with free drinks and snacks.

Very spacious, you sacrifice a bit on the location for it though. But all things considered the value of the hotel is pretty good.

Stayed here for a week and really loved it! The location is super convenient — less than 1 km from Hatsudai Station, so it’s super easy to get around Tokyo.

Really unique hotel with a lovely cafe downstairs. The rooms are kind of brutalist themed with murals on the wall and bathrooms, kitchenettes, washing machines inside.

Great capsule hotel. Has the usual amenities for a capsule hotel such as shower, eating area (on the smaller side), and lockers.

The value is not too bad and in a great location with a 7-Eleven nearby and a family mart across the road. It is a capsule hotel so you get what you paid for.

Small, dated but clean and affordable hotel.
Note that the "breakfast" is just some basic bread and cereal. It is not a proper breakfast buffet. Treat it as a non-breakfast hotel.
