Was pleasantly surprised that this slept 5 adults comfortably. Don’t let the square meters fool you we managed it and the room was clean and they gave you fresh towels every day.

I was impressed with the service really. We had our luggages transported via yamato and when we got there the luggages were already in our room.

A well-appointed and well-run boutique hotel perfectly situated in the center of Ginza. The location couldn't be beat: near major subway stops, Tsujiki fish market, and all the shops of Ginza.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth.

We liked this hotel mainly for its central location but also the rooms are large by Japanese standards.

Lovely well appointed rooms. The Hotel is a a very nice quiet area close to two stations with a short distance to walk. Very close to fish market and many fantastic eateries.

Great room with all the basic necessities.

The location is excellent and it is within a 3 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room is small as expected but it is clean and tidy.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and well designed, offering plenty of space to relax, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Loved this place so much the first time that we came back for our second and third visits. Conveniently located within walking distance to a train station. Very calm area.

My boyfriend and I love staying at Super Hotel Okachimachi! We've stayed in other hotels and airbnb's in the area before, but Super Hotel is the best.

Great location, very close to lots of attractions and only about a 5-minute walk to the station. The room was small, but that was expected in Tokyo.

The place is really good. The location is close to three or four major lines and the utilities in the apartments are really good.

It was small types of rooms, but it was comfy.

The room was spacious enough for 3 open suitcases and had a modern, minimal Muji-like vibe. Breakfast was 1, 500 yen per person, buffet style, with plenty of good choices.

Will come back if I am going to Tokyo again in the future.
Room is clean and reasonably sized — considering hotel rooms in Japan (especially Tokyo) are general small.

It's pretty nice considering we really only sleep there. The onsen bath was really nice and hot. In fact hottest I have ever experienced. Very convenient location. Nice and clean and straight forward.

Booking two twin rooms for four nights in this hotel.
As the hotel explain there is only one twin room in on level, we had to be different level.

This hotel was in an excellent location — 2 minutes from the Akasaka subway station and bus stop. There are free tea, coffee and toiletries in the reception area.

I’ve visited Tokyo multiple times and this hotel is my favourite to stay at. The location is unbeatable from a transit perspective, being a 1 minute walk to 5 different lines.

Room is very clean and has classic modern design. All staff are very accommodating and friendly as well. Also ordered room service for breakfast and everything was delicious.

Very pleased with my experience. 田中Sanaさんallowed me to drop my bags off early. When she checked me in, I explained I was here for my birthday and she made me feel welcome and special.

Good hotel with good size rooms located a short flat walk from the train station and mono rail. Good range of restaurants and 7-eleven / Lawsons nearby. Within easy walking distance of Tokyo Tower.

Stayed here in January 2025 and unfortunately my son got influenza type A while we were on holidays.

First time visiting mainland Japan so would do things a bit differently to get here. Limo bus from Narita to Tokyo station, then using a train instead of walking all through Tokyo with our luggage.
