Everything is good except from the shower curtain not blocking the water properly.
Also, there is no place to park your bicycle. You have to park at public parking which is very annoying.

Staff is extremely helpful, hospitable, and friendly. The rooms are efficient and clean. The hotel is very close to everything including public transportation. Will definitely be back.

We were here last year May 2023 and had a memorable time with my family. We love the location, the interior and the functionality of all appliances were great.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Its location is very close to Ginza’s main shopping area. The noise from outside is minimal, even though our room faces the main traffic.

I loved my stay here and all of the staff were helpful. The only thing I didnt like was that if you have housekeeping coming, there is a 7hr window in which they can come.

Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Wonderful service. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Good hotel, didn't know what to expect the room was cool but the igloo style was trickier if you are over 6ft so to keep in mind.

The rooms are spacious in comparison with other Japanese hotel rooms I have stayed at. The bathroom is spacious and provides space for a leisurely prep for the day.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome! From the moment we walked in, the lobby felt incredibly welcoming and relaxing.

I’ve stayed in Tokyo probably 100 nights in the past 20 years and countless hotels. This one checks all the boxes. Perfect rooms between business hotel and luxury class.

Just finished a 9 night stay for 3 in their Triple room, a very affordable option in Ginza.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, convenient. Very good use of space in maximising comfort. Rooms are well appointed with convenient light controls.

Great experience overall. The front desk team was very friendly and accommodating.

Having a free buffet-style breakfast is great. You can always come back as long as you want it until 9:00 in the morning.

SERVICE: Booked via booking. Com and we thought they credited our payment thru our cc but when we came to the hotel, they asked for the payment.

We had a great two-night stay at this hotel while exploring Tokyo. The location in Ginza is excellent – close to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen. The hotel is also near Tokyo Yaesu Bus Terminal.

Great first hotel in Japan! Very close to a number of stations and easy to access. The check in and out was very easy and English-friendly.

This hotel is exceptional. The location is quiet, but still in walking distance to a market to get some good street food, and also walking distance from some good shopping at Ginza Six.

Rooms and service just fine for the price. Recommend early reservation here for a quick layover in Tokyo near the airport.

I find the staffs to be very friendly, they were helpful when I was checking in and tried to change coins for laundry. Room was small but typical.

We really liked this accommodation. It’s a more quiet neighbourhood, which is nice after you’ve spent a day on the busy streets of Tokyo. The rooms, bathrooms and toilets were very clean.

First of all, the price is really great. I chose this hotel because it was the last day of my trip and I had an early morning flight the next day.

We stayed at Hotel New Ueno for one night while transiting through Tokyo on our way to Sendai, and it was exactly what we needed.

Booked a single non smoking room with shower for 1 night on Expedia due to its proximity to senso-ji and the asakusa train station. The lobby is on the 13th floor and has a beautiful view of Asakusa!

We stayed here for 2 nights over 1 Jan. They had NY specials like free soba and jazz night on NY Eve and sunrise watching, free sake, lion dance, mochi pounding by Sumo wrestlers, free soup etc.

This hotel is a part of a large chain of hotels in Tokyo. The location of this hotel is walking distance to the subway, ueno shopping street and of course to Akihabara as well.

Very clean. Front desk staff are lovely and helpful. Great location, many shops, restaurants etc. Close to the beautiful Ueno park and zoo. Rooms are tiny! Like so, so small.

What an absolutely perfect start to my Japan trip! From the moment I arrived at this hotel I knew my stay in Tokyo was going to be amazing.

Good location—close to the station with a direct train to Haneda Airport, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed my 5-night stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa. This was my third trip to Tokyo and my first stay in Asakusa. It's conveniently located with easy access to/from Haneda and Narita.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have modern interior. Snacks, tea and amenities are provided in the lobby as well.

I stayed in Twin room 1009. Quiet corner and top floor. Room is sufficient for opening 2 luggages but must close up to allow walking passage. Pajamas are comfortable.

It was a great hotel, close to the Oeno line, which meant transportation was easy and quick. The community around was quiet and lively, which meant it felt very safe to walk around.

First of all, very accommodating and welcoming for every guest (including foreigners and tourists).

A very nice and pleasant stay. Very good for the price and everything. But I can't help feeling that it would be so easy and cheap to improve the room a little bit more.
