Tokyo Prefecture Hotels

Although the rooms are small, the reception and staff are very nice. The hotel is quite clean (spotless bathroom! ) and modern, with good amenities for the price.

904, 804, 704… has a view of Skytree… nice little room with safe and tiny fridge. Spa too! I think especially good for women tourists. Quieter than apa hotels. Yes. Very good 👍

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Japan. The place was very clean, modern, and well organized, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and convenient charging ports.

Stay for around 10 days for winter. First impression is the reception and lobby area is not fragrant and feel not comfort.

Perfect location for our first 5 nights ever in Tokyo. Great location, friendly check-in, clean and tidy, utensils and bowls etc in kitchen which sufficed for our coffee, snacks, breakfast.

We’ve stayed here for 3 weeks at the end of April and star of May. Apartment was clean and spacious, enough room to store 3 people (can be 4) and 5 suitcases.

The hotel is in a very good location, right opposite Sensoji Temple. It's also close to the Ginza and Asakusa subway lines, very convenience to travel to Ueno, Ginza and Shibuya.

Really friendly staff! And they are helpful! Room is clean and the Bidet, THE BIDET, has English translation so I dont have to use my face (not literally) to try the buttons and functions.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

Great location and great service as always in Japan. The rooms are standard, quite small and narrow. Also normal for this rate. Amenities of the hotel are great!

Wow, this hotel was the first place I stayed during my visit to Japan and what a way to start. Asakusa is definitely a very nice area to start, not so packed with tourists and this hotels was great.

Nice, simple and easy spot in Asakusa. Great central location to be just outside of the main area but only a 10 minute walk to get to the train station and visit other areas across Tokyo.

The accommodation is great, the room space is larger than expected, the space between the beds makes it feel much more convenient, not cramped like other hotels in Tokyo.

Hotel is conveniently located right across the Sensoji temple. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Reception staff was really nice and accommodating.

The owner of this inn is so nice and kind. He will give you free snacks and drinks, cup noodles and more. The room itself is 1 room. Nice bathroom, 2 couches and 5 beds.

The residence would be perfect for a small family. I have stayed there with other 5 friends and the space was very limited but it is possible to stay there.

This hotel is a part of a large chain of hotels in Tokyo. The location of this hotel is walking distance to the subway, ueno shopping street and of course to Akihabara as well.

Overall very pleased. Rooms are cramped but that is to be expected. The location is convenient and the breakfast is nice.
The staff are very polite and helpful.

An enjoyable stay here. The whole room is well equipped, thoroughly cleaned, and has spacious space for hanging clothes and storing living items. It is easy to do self check-in.

Really loved the layout, the closeness to transport and sights of Tokyo. Highly recommended.

The hotel bed is big enough for 2 adult, we don’t feel squeezy at all. Although the room is small but it’s comfortable and clean.

Location can be closer to the station, not suitable for many tourists I think due to that distance. (15-20 minute walk if you don't jaywalk)
Rooms; too hot but the rest is fine.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood, hotel 5 min walk from Mejiro station, plenty of food options, including convenience stores, cafes, food trucks and restaurants.

Right next to Mejiro Station on the convenient JR JY Line, allowing you to go to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and Shibuya easily.

My family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights, good value hotel. The tatami/futton bed are quite comfortable and room have good heating during the cold nights. Necessities are all provided.

This place is very good if you want something cheap and well located in Ikebukuro.
The common areas are very clean and the staff are very kind.

It's very close to Shinagawa Station so it is a very good location if you plan to do a lot of day trips.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Shinagawa Tobu Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, which makes traveling around Tokyo extremely easy.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I booked a room with a queen bed, which I found quite spacious for Japanese standards.

For around USD 150 per night in central Tokyo, this place offers excellent value for money.

This hotel was in an excellent location — 2 minutes from the Akasaka subway station and bus stop. There are free tea, coffee and toiletries in the reception area.

I’ve visited Tokyo multiple times and this hotel is my favourite to stay at. The location is unbeatable from a transit perspective, being a 1 minute walk to 5 different lines.

Positive: Walking distance to transportations. Nice HOT shower. Negative: Could use a refresh painting, walls scratch, mattress and box springs are showing signs of needing replacements.

Excellent staying experience!

Best hotel possible. Perfect location, close to station and good restaurants. Very clean & new rooms. Great breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and all homemade! Plus the very pleasant tattoo-friendly onsen was a huge bonus.

Huge rooms and perfect option for group travel.
Near airport link and Asakusa temple.

Booked my last minute trip to Tokyo and I managed to book in this hotel. I think the price I paid was reasonable for the date I booked and it's quite a high season in Japan. I was travelling solo.

"The room was beautiful and clean, offering excellent amenities including a washing machine. Great location near Tokyo Skytree.

Great location, walking distance near Skytree and Oshiage station with heaps of restaurants and shops. Room is accessed by a lift. Heaps of floor space to open suitcases.
