UNHAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICE AND THE HELP TO FOREIGN TOURISTS! We asked help because my wife lost her smartphone during a visit to Kenchoji Temple. We asked the courtesy to call the train station and temple to see whether somebody had found the phone. We had already tried but they only speak japanese so we needed help from somebody. At First people at reception pretended not to speak english. After my long insist — in that phone we have all our photos — they unwillingly called the Temple but they refused to call the train station giving us an International number of general information. Useless and unkind.

I am here right now! I have been for 4 days. Great location, Subway is 50 meters away. Breakfast is included. Price is Right. Shower is great. Super clean. The hotel is QUIET! There is free coffee at the desk and a place to do your laundry on the second floor (300 yen washer, 100 dryer for 30 minutes). Yes, rooms are small. However, it's Japan and your not going to be in your room much anyway.

Great service, the room was clean and full of everything that you need. The staff was polite and spoke an understandable english. The location was perfect, the akasaka metro station is 50m away right around the corner. You'll be satisfied from this small but efficient hotel.

Hotel located in a very central and well connected area. It also has many facilities nearby such as Minimarket, restaurants, street food, games room…
The room where we were is cleaned every day and with always new slippers, toothbrushes, combs, razors… Japanese smartphone available and kettle with buatine of tea complete an excellent service. Too bad the room was very small: little space for suitcases and no closet for clothes. Also the breakfast (apart) was not that great: similar to Starbucks.

Not expensive, central, 1 minute to Metro.

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast isn't great. A really small selection from which you can choose and the quality is very poor. Staff need a better understanding of English language.

Great! Even held onto my luggage when I went to Osaka for a few days.

Relatively quiet room, well appointed, but lacks a small closet for the stuff and a safe (I can live with). Safes are probably available at the reception. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff friendly. I would stay here again.

Clean, no smoking smell. Moderately small rooms. Pros: Perfect location: close to subway, shops and restaurants are around the hotel to all directions. Cons: weak ventilation in bathroom.

Very decent for the price and location. Love their bathrooms ~ clean and new.

Although the room is not large, but the location is excellent, walk about 1 minutes to reach the subway station, and connect 5 subway lines, there are also a lot of food and convenience stores in the vicinity to choose, late at night to drink and eat snacks are not afraid to have no place to go.

Good value for money, hotel is located in a great location only a 2 minute walk from the Subway station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, there is a cafe on the bottom floor of the hotel which we had an included free breakfast which was delicious.

2 minutes walk from nearest station which is served by 5 lines — great to get around the city. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms are very small, even for Tokyo, but expected for the price. No street noise from the room but walls are paper thin so quality of sleep depends on your neighbours!

Good hotel to stay. Excellent location. Night time happening. Lots of restaurants. Big Camera shopping centre is nearby.

We were very disappointed and will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE as we ask for a refund because we could not travel anymore because we had to go to take care of my DYING MOTHER. Can’t find words to express more the sadness to find such ruthless and heartless people that only care about business and now you still have the courage to ask how we found our stay? You damned robots! Karma is gonna get you indeed!

The room was very clean Smallish.

The Hotel was very nice and the room was very small.

We reserved non smoking room, but we can still smell the smoke at the room and the floor! The air conditioning is central controlled and was too hot. Room is clean and tidy which is Japanese standard.

Stayed in for 3 nights because we were traveling in Japan. Nice place, near Akasaka metro station. Comfy room and nice staff.

Good service and comfortable rooms at a decent price. The single rooms are very small but that's Tokyo for you. Excelsior cafe downstairs which is decent. Quick access to the subway. I left my charger in the room last week and the hotel is kindly holding it until I come to stay next time, which normally you wouldn't expect from a hotel. Will always stay here!

Good location, in a very lively area full of bars and restaurants. The room was clean. Some of the reception staff had surprisingly poor command of English, not too polite either.

Staff is the the worst among all the other hotels we have lived in Japan. Compared to others, the staff here is basically poker face, very uncommon to see in Japan. Weird place.

Economy Twin Room, no. 411, stay for there days, the window is ground glass, you cannot see things. It's like a no window room. The window can be opened a little bit, but all you can see is the building wall and escape stairs. You can smell someone`s smoke from the outlet of the air conditioner, however, this is a non smoking room. This should not happen.

A fantastic business hotel that doesn't fall into the cookie-cutter style of every other business hotel I've tried. Small room, but very stylish. Very, very nice bath (no tub, but fantastic shower). When I return to Japan, I'll be sure to stay at a b Hotel whenever that option is available.

Brilliant location, just 30 seconds walk from a main subway station (take exit 10, turn right and walk down the narrow alley, you will see the hotel on the left). Helpful staff with good English, nice breakfast in cafe next door. Rooms are small, but this is pretty standard in Tokyo. Great shower, hotel is very clean. Beds are quite hard but not too uncomfortable.

Reasonably sized rooms considering the rooms in Japan are usually small. The bed is comfortable and the items provided in the shower/toilet are good! There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. It is very near the train station and the train station is near key sight seeing places that you would probably want to go to.

All good from 5 stars… pity for the poor breakfast which is not buffet but is served in a connected bar.

Location: very nearby from the station rooms: so so service: standard price: reasonable.

Very small, clean and simple. Not recommend for large luggage, extra space in rooms is just enough to stand in.
