Tokyo Prefecture Hotels

The hotel is literally just beside the station. Easy checkin/out. Only one elevator but tolerable. We stayed in the 14th floor so the room was pretty quiet.

The staff were very lovely and let us leave our bags there for the day before our check-in. They also lent us an umbrella because it was raining. The buffet was delicious.

Hotel is semi automatic via scanning id for check in and check out. Location is right next to the train station but no noise. There is a small town next door with cafes and restaurants.

Booked the deluxe double room. Great view over Ueno park, but overall the hotel and the room is very old. Comes with simple breakfast.

Affordable and conveniently located just outside the train station, this hotel may be old but is well-maintained. It offers basic amenities and is close to Ueno Park for a pleasant stroll.

It was a bit dirty and small, and there's no elevator, so if you have large luggage, it might be difficult to get to your room. However, overall, it was okay.

The rooms are clean and tiny—a given for a budget hotel in Tokyo.

Property is located between Nippori Station and Uguisudani Station. We just took the Skyliner and get off at Nippori Station and walked to the property. Very good location.

We stayed at Hotel Crown Hills Ueno Premium for 4 days and 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall.

Based myself here for a 12 night stay. Had the Tokyo City View double room, saw Mount Fuji when the weather was clear. Enough room to open two suitcases as solo traveller.

First Hotel after landing in Narita 12 hour flight. Lobby was welcoming and receptionist very friendly, spoke English which helped us being so new here. Very close to Train line, easy to access.

Very walkable to Asakusa station. Choose exit A2B for elevator if you have luggages. Staffs are very friendly and nice. We stayed 3 nights here.

Home away from home. We stayed there twice and the level of hospitality and warmth we experienced is unmatched. We still go to Cafe Bach that was recommended by our host, whenever we are in this area.

Affordable room not far from many tourist attractions like asakura, ueno, or Akihabara. Hotel owner-manager very friendly who will tell you all about the area you're heading to that day.

We just recently checked out from the hotel and we have to say that our stay was absolutely lovely. Our room was upstairs on the 2F and it was very clean and nice. Beds were nice and comfortable.

Very good place to stay in Tokyo. The host yas nice. Very clean room and confortable beds. Microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo, condiditioner, soap, towels. Air conditionner. Tv. Calm place.

Amazing place to stay. Everything is nearby, the manager is very responsive and cooperative. It was a delight to stay. Accessibility can be a problem because of stairs, rest is perfect.

It is not the hotel westerners are used to. It is an apartment. But it does what it needs to. Central to train station, Skytree Tower, busses, food, shopping. Cannot complain.

Beds were very (very) uncomfortable and there's not a lot of consideration with the rooms because there is nowhere to hang or store your clothes or items you have with you during your travels.

Very close to the subway line, grocery store, and Yoshinoya! The suite is clean and spacious. You do have to take out the garbage and they will give you a lesson about the garbage system in Japan.

16/10/25 — we always stay here when we are in ueno area. Yes, they are small and old. But for its age, the place is well maintained.

Incredibly spacious room with lots of lights. We really appreciate ensuite washing machine. Quiet residential area but very close to convenience stores, grocery and subway station.

The hotel is located just 650 meters from Iriya Station, making it easy to reach. There are convenience stores and coin-operated laundry shops nearby, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Keikyu EX Inn Akihabara is an excellent choice for those seeking a quiet and comfortable stay while being just a 5-minute walk (450m) from the vibrant Akihabara Station.

I stayed in a few hotels and this was by far my favourite. Small (as expected with most Tokyo hotels) but extremely clean rooms, daily housekeeping, comfortable beds and great location.

A Beautiful, Spacious Stay with Zen Decoration — Perfect for 10 Guests in Asakusa!
This hotel is absolutely amazing, especially if you are traveling with a large family or a big group of friends.

It was a really great stay for my friends and I. There was 8 of us and they accommodate very well. Thank you for letting us stay!

Spacious for tokyo and our family of 5. In a quiet neighbourhood just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Asakusa via train (1 stop) or a 15 to 20min walk. Short walk to train station.

Spacious rooms, good location (1stop from Asakusa) in a quiet neighbourhood with sufficient amenities. Bit basic in terms of amenities but had what we needed.

Budget hotel, tiny but clean and modern room with every convenience crammed in, great bathroom. And a window that opens! (a few inches) quiet location. Great value. Highly recommend.

Great, cheap hotel in a lovely location — it's really nice to come back to such peaceful place after spending the whole day in shibuya/harajuku.

We only attended the restaurant as part of a tour. The foot is good and the interesting part was the self-propelled dish collecting vehicle. The food was good, basic and it was quick.

ACH has everything we would expect for: a great location, friendly staff, affordable rates, clean and neat rooms, and tasty breakfast. We stayed for three nights and wished we would have more time.
