The rooms are tiny but that's part of the deal — bathroom is also tiny, but ours was super clean. Great location, like a 3 minute walk directly into the train station.

We had a fantastic stay! Mr. Kuma, the reception was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He also has great insight into the area’s food scene.

I had a very momorable stay at hotel toranomon hills. The room was modern and impeccably clean. The food in the cafe was great.

Excellent hotel, 5 star grade for rooms and service. Location convenient if you need to be in this area but is farther away from more tourist centric areas with more nightlife and dining.

Tokyo Guesthouse Itabashi-juku is very well located. The price has gone up a bit, but the staff at the front desk are always incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

If I visit Tokyo again I will look to stay here again. It's relatively comfy for the price and the lounge area is exceptionally nice. Friendly staff as well.

Efficient and friendly service, small room — but typical of Japan business hotels. Amazingly convenient location near 3 subway/train stations.

First time visiting mainland Japan so would do things a bit differently to get here. Limo bus from Narita to Tokyo station, then using a train instead of walking all through Tokyo with our luggage.

First time in Japan. Easy check in and check out procedures. Rooms are small but I think pretty typical for Japan hotels.

Perfect location just off Shibuya’s new exit. Rooms are decent by Tokyo standards, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade at check-in.

Good place with mostly a foreign crowd.
Kind host and always assisting.

Pantry available near room area.
Basic amenities are available in the washrooms.

The service here made my trip! My flight arrived late and I missed check in. The front desk reached out to me by email to help find a solution.

Do-C is the best value and location in Tokyo, as Ebisu is a crossroads to great nightlife and travel in and out of Tokyo.

The capsule room's are clean, the reception situated at second floor, there is waiting room while waiting check in or check out or just relax. The capsule for man and woman is separate.

Decent capsule hotel, very friendly staff, unfortunately the manager/owner found it too much an ask to store one bag for me for a two day gap on a three night stay. Really disappointing.

The capsule experience was beyond my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, clean showers and a large organization area in a very pleasant atmosphere.

The room was definitely meant for one person when they say that lol but it was nice and cozy. The heat works so well and love the heated toilet seat. I would def stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 weeks during a business trip in late May. The room was bigger than Tokyo and very convenient. The staff is outstanding — incredibly helpful and kind.

This hotel has a funny welcome gift of a token for the capsule machine near the elevator, which dispenses some little snacks that "Machida's famous goodies.

I loved every aspect of this accommodation. Very clean and very comfortable. I was so happy to come home from hours of walking every day. Kichijoji in general is excellent.

We stayed on the main floor in 108 and it was a very cozy and quiet stay. We were not bothered by the train noises at all, in fact, it was pretty comforting. It was honestly really quiet and peaceful.

Stayed with 7 people (3 kids) and had a fantastic time. Home was recently renovated, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was also quite kid-friendly (inside and outside) and that relieving.

Really good experience for the price.
Perfect if you miss your last train.
3300 yen for capsule+sento/sauna.
Plus the staff is friendly and one speaks fluent English.
