This was such a pleasant and comfortable surprise after staying in some horrible moldy places before! Place was clean and looked very nice, kitchen was stocked with all necessary utencils.

Clean, clear, fully stocked with solid kitchens & hot showers.

Definitely stay here if you're visiting Akigawa Valley! You get to wake up to a view of the mountains.

Very clean. Big and comfy bed. Nice facilities. Amenities are better quality than usual. The room is small (mine was 11 sq. M. ) but I think it's normal for business hotels.

We only spent a night here but the service was great. The front staff was very nice and helpful. First time we saw how small Japanese hotel rooms can be so we were a bit surprised.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was truly a home away from home. Nana-San and Yuta-San have created a space that is welcoming, warm, and exceptional.

So amazing if you want to see a quieter, more homely side of tokyo!

Friendly staff, nice lobby and lots of freebies. Just that the rooms are not really soundproof so there are hourly restrictions on activity.

Incredibly clean and reasonably priced hostel, well located for buses and trains into the city centre and to/from the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind.

Very close to the metro station. Looks reasonable price hotel which able to reach downtown Tokyo around 15 minutes.

We stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and found it to be perfect! The owner of the guesthouse was beyond welcoming and even invited us to a Mochi making class l the next day.

Despite it is basic accommodation I liked it. The staff is friendly, everything is working, kitchen is well-equipped and it is in calm area just beside the castle.

Fantastic hotel, if a little on the older side. Close to the base of the slopes and well as the bus "terminal". There is also a convenience store nearby.
The staff is very kind and warm-hearted.

We were so full and the lady was so kind to takeaway our dessert and made our bamboo shoot rice into onigiri.

This is probably the only inn in Japan that I.
Would stay again for the food. The meals were like fine dining made with local specialities in a creative way. Think apple baked with soup and cheese.

Room are clean, small but equipe with any basic thing that tourist need. They are responsive. Location is somewhere near the convenient store and subway station.

Very central Hotel. Always very clean Toilett and shower. The rooms were also good. When I visit japan again I will stay here again.

Clean room and easy check, the hotel is a residential area and it's a bit of a walk to the station, I would not say it's a bad walk either.

Walking distance to Senjuohashi and a supermarket. Expect what to expect when you're in Japan though. The rooms here are small, along with the bathroom.

The accommodation was fine. Quite spacious and fully equipped. The only issue might be the trains passing by the window, which could bother some people.

Very spacious, whole floor apartment in Kamata. Excellent access to transport and eateries. Clean, well maintained and bright studio style apartment with own washing machine and kitchen.

Great location that is a 2 minute walk to the nearest train station to take you anywhere in the city. The room was very spacious and the host kept it very clean.

We enjoyed the location in proximity to the train. The trash can was small, considering there are no trash cans in public spaces in Tokyo.

Maiko is amazing she is very quick to respond and it's super close to train station about 10minutes from there it's about 15mins to akihabara which is where yodabashi (9floor tech mall) is and best

Room was good for the 2 of us. AC in both room and the kitchen is really good. Toilet was nice and shower was big which I like because I'm tall and I had problems in some other apartments in Japan.

No frills, clean place, and very convenient to travel to various areas around Tokyo. Recommended if you're looking for an affordable place to stay and don't mind a shared space with fellow travellers.

Good location, clean amenities and wonderful staff. The bed were bigger than I expected and comfortable.
The nearest metro station (Tameike-sannō Staation) is just 300m away.

Pro: The facilities is definitely very clean. It is one of the cleanest facilities that I have encounter.
Staff are very very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Great place to stay — was quiet and relaxed ans everything was very clean — really good staff too.
The bunks are nice and private and pretty spacey!

Stayed in Nov 2025. Had the best sleep in this accommodation — the beds are on the softer side with just the right firmness compared to others in Japan.

The space, while a bit cramped, is ideal for groups. Our unit had two toilets and two showers, as well as a full kitchen.

The location is fantastic! :-)
Just 2 streets from the main thoroughfare of Ginza shopping and dining, yet the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

We were in Tokyo city for 5 nights in Dec 2025 and this is our 3rd hotel, including Marriott AC hotel next door.
Courtyard location is at the fringe of Ginza area.

I stayed here for ten days and on my last day I got a light flu, because of this I wanted to check out late on my last day and the front desk, H Miyazawa, was extremely helpful in making that happen.

Great location close to a few train stations. Very quiet for central toyko. Clean and tidy. Compact rooms so squishy if 2. Towels replaced daily. Room service after every 3rd night.

Nice service staff with free drinks, coffee and free udon.

We stayed 4 nights and found that it is within walking distance to the Tokyo station (about 10 mins). It is also near Takaracho station which make our journey easier when coming from Haneda airport.
