Clean room and easy check, the hotel is a residential area and it's a bit of a walk to the station, I would not say it's a bad walk either. We found the area quiet with lots of options for food near the station. Overall it was a good experience.
Walking distance to Senjuohashi and a supermarket. Expect what to expect when you're in Japan though. The rooms here are small, along with the bathroom. I'm 5 ft. 5 inches tall with the tip of my hand to my shoulders measuring about 24 inches, and I can easily reach the bathroom ceiling so someone taller might be uncomfortable.
Peaceful location with access to the rooftop.

Very reasonable price and big rooms and bed for Japan standards (I am 193cm and fit comfortably). Easy check-in and check-out process. Kind staff as well.
