My wife and I had a pleasant and wonderful 12-day stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. The hotel was impeccably clean and quiet every night.

Immediately across the street from Shiomi station in a safe neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is amazing! All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience at a very reasonable price.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious and feel brand new, with a clean and modern design.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping and the cleaning staff are phenomenal. Rooms were consistently spotless, and the cleaning crew truly stood out during my stay.

Local shops and restaurants are also interesting and with good variety.

Plenty of food options. Close to the train station and bus terminal. Airport limo arrives at the doorstep and Disney good neighbor buses to bring you to Disney land and sea.

We arrived at Terminal 3 which at our time wasn’t good for the Hotel’s free shuttle bus so we took the Keikyu train line 3 stops then a very short, level and easy walk to the hotel. Super convenient.

We felt so lucky to find this hotel available after our return flight home was cancelled. The property is beautiful, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were absolutely wonderful.

Really enjoyed my stay at the The Aoyama Grand Hotel. The hotel is trendy and beautifully designed, and the staff made it feel very welcoming and approachable.

Spent the first three nights of our trip here. 40 minutes from Haneda Airport and located in Chiyoda. Greeted by lovely staff, although check in and checkout is automated but quite straightforward.

Great location for me (business trip) ; right in the middle of the action for banking legal etc. Room was on the small side but it's Tokyo and the price was fair.

Very well located near tokyo station with a lobby and restaurant on the 27th floor and rooms above that, so nice view from my room. Well sound proof, no noise from outside or inside.

I really loved staying at Tokyu REI hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. Specially the man who always welcomed me and my sister back to the hotell every single day.

My favorite hotel in Tokyo metropolis a 5 minute 300 meter walk to Shibuya crossing. Stayed there 8 times since 2013. Service is top notch.

For getting around Tokyo this is is a well located hotel.
If you want a peaceful hotel, this it is not!

I really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to the train and right in the middle of the action of Shinjuku. I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t.

This review is just for the Fontaine Lounge where we enjoyed an absolutely lovely Valentine's Day tea. All the savories and sweets were delicious, creative, and whimsical.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious by Tokyo standards with a full closet and chest of drawers so that you can unpack.

This apartment is quite big as it almost feels like home. It is situated in a quiet street and there are a few small restaurants and shops closeby.

Top stay, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Has everything you need. Full apartment, with nice view of Skytree from higher floors.

The Frontline staff was great, very nice and friendly when we arrived at the front desk.

Great location for someone who's done Shinjuku/Shibuya/Asakusa and is looking for somewhere a little quieter but well connected. About 15 minute walk to Ginza, and less than 5 minutes to Shimbashi.

Some reviews say this is more of a corporate/ business hotel but my wife and I did not find this to be the case at all.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and took care in the small details.

This is technically a "business hotel", but it is also perfect for solo travellers. For couples the rooms/beds may be a bit small, but for a solo person travelling for work or tourism it is perfect.

Dormy Inn is my go to hotel choice in Japan. Having access to an onsen or sento after a long day exploring Japan is so relaxing and refreshing.

We enjoyed our stay which kicked off our Japan trip. The view was incredible and room furnishings of high quality. The staff were all very polite and also recognised my Discovery status.

Absolutely stunning five star hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect. Service is attentive and immaculate. Staff are so lovely and helpful.

Our room had a balcony so we had a chance to stay outside and also open our luggage more freely.

This was our first hotel for our first leg of our trip and it didn't disappoint! Rooms were spacious enough and the shower and restroom were amazing. Also super happy the room had a balcony.

We stayed at Via Inn Shinjuku for two weeks and had a really positive experience.
The room was on the smaller side, but that’s very typical for Tokyo, and it was extremely well laid out.

I had a fantastic stay at the Via Inn Shinjuku during the New Year's period for 6 nights. The hotel is a little bit further out to the middle of Shinjuku but was still close enough to the action.

Hotel location is very convenient, you have a station 5 min walking distance, a Lawson inside the Hotel with a restaurant in the facility and if not you do have malls and cafes/restaurants nearby,

I used this location in December 2025 for several nights.
The experience from check-in was smooth, the room was meticulously cleaned, there were no imperfections as far as I could see.

Our stay at Bulgari Hotel Tokyo was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.

An absolutely unforgettable stay at Bulgari Hotel Tokyo. From the moment I arrived, everything felt incredibly luxurious yet calm.

This hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Kyobashi station. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the Takaracho station that takes you to Haneda Airport (no transfers).

Check in was fast and easy they even knew some English.
The room was nice and comfortable, shower is really amazing! I love the top waterfall shower.

While the rooms are fairly small the amenities provided for the guests are great; a complimentary breakfast/drink selection is offered in the morning, as well as coin laundry for a small fee.

I had a good stay at Almont Inn in Tokyo. The service is excellent—everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

Stated here for 1 night. Perfect hotel for singles/couples, more then that and its a real tight fit.

Outstanding hotel in a good location (enjoyed the morning runs in nearby Ueno Park, among other things).

Great location close to Ueno station. Kappabashi area about a 15 min walk. Hotel seems to be a popular choice with non-Japanese guests. English speaking staff was very helpful.

Vessel Hotel is an excellent value-for-money hotel that includes breakfast. However, its location is a bit uncomfortable, and the breakfast is relatively lacking.

Room is small but very comfortable to stay. Got plenty of power sockets. The location is very near to metro station, one station away can hop on Skyliner or Narita Express.
