The room was so spacious for our group, everything was exceptionally clean and beautiful. Lovely quiet location minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya.

Really great apartment hotel in an incredibly convenient location.
The 24hour contact service was really helpful since we arrived past 10pm due to our delayed flight.

Our room was well appointed and VERY clean… easy storage under bed for luggage. Breakfasts were amazing!. Very close to the light rail train station. We visited and were only one stop from. Our kids.

The staff were very helpful and nice, and the location is extremely convenient. The only bad side was the beds are way too hard. It feels like sleeping on cement blocks.

I stayed at Smile Hotel Shinkoiwa for five nights and had a good experience. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Shinkoiwa Station, so it’s easy to get around Tokyo.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff, cozy rooms equipped with everything you need.
Fresh towels every day, room cleaning whenever you need it. Also a lot of free extras like razors, tea, bathrobes.

I stayed in a single room, quite small, with comfortable bed, small unit-bathroom, desk, kettle, wardrobe and TV. Clean and conveniently located. Soft drink machines in the corridors.

The rooms are tiny but the location compensates the downside. Every major tourist centric location you might need to go to, is just a walk away.

Location is the best thing of this place.

Had an amazing stay at Shinjuku Apartment hotel! First of all, the location is amazing.

I have stayed here 3 times in a row when I traveled to Japan. The price is reasonable with all function in one room.
Even though it is a bit tiny but 2 people can be super cozy here.

A wonderful hotel, I have 0 faults. It was surprisingly large for a Tokyo hotel room (they are usually very small) but I did have the room to myself.

Although it felt a little old, it was well-maintained and clean. Full of amenities. The bathroom had two showers, although it probably differed depending on the room.

This was a pleasant surprise. I didn't know what to expect when booking a love hotel but if you don't have kids this is the place to stay. This hotel has the most anemieties I have ever had.

Grrat everything was perfect. A beat and tidy hotel. Close to shin okubo. 1 km from shinjuku. Thr staff was very friendly and spoked perfect english. They were ready to take the extra mile too.

Great location, short 15 min walk to Shinjuku and very close to a train station if you’d prefer to take the train there.

Really cute place to have a coffee and delicious dessert / cupcake.
The pastry are delicious and well presented.

Neighborhood is quiet and hotel close to Takedanobaba Statuon. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Hotel was in a terrific location about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the mains train station with closer to other private train lines.

It's great value for the price, super close to Kabukicho's amazing nightlife and places like coin laundries, convienice stores, and public transit.

This hotel is a gem. Very friendly staff, they did everything to help when a language barrier was present.

Highly recommend staying here for couples looking to have a great experience in Tokyo! Do not be put off by the love hotel genre!
