Everything is clean, modern, and newly renovated. Shops, cafés, and a small market with fresh fruits and vegetables are nearby—very convenient for a comfortable stay.

We had a good experience with Gracchi Rooms. Thanks Fabrizio and Mattia for perfect service. The room was cozy, clean with everything needed, very quiet.

Great place to stay while in Rome. The Prati is lovely, just a few steps away from Vatican City, and a welcomed oasis of (relative) tranquillity from the frenetic touristic centre.

Beautiful stay! The rooms are clean, the girl at the reception was so nice and we had the best breakfast in Rome. Quiet place close to downtown Rome and close to the beach.
