A wonderful apartment complex on the coast of Nettuno Italy with modern rooms and great facilities and utilities.

Supernice flat with balcony and jacuzzi. Less than a minute from a public beach or 2-3 minutes from a private one. There you have a discount on sunbeds etc.

Best apartment I've ever stayed in. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is near the sea, and the breakfast is delicious. The host is lovely and very helpful.

Excellent property, I spent one night there and it's really nice. The garden and outdoor space are lovely.
Free parking is a big plus.

The house is beautiful, located by the sea, welcoming and, above all, relaxing, even in the winter.

What an extraordinary place.
Nice room, great pool and amazing views all around.
The staff were great and helpful as well.

My family and I went here on a business/vacation trip! This place is OUTSTANDING! The rooms are beautiful! The grounds and views are stunning! The restaurant with Chef Giovanni was delicious!

We stayed here 2 years ago and fell in love with the village, so planned to return and get married in the garden of Acqua di Civitta rooms.

Loved staying here, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Very cool experience staying in the Civita as it is almost empty in the mornings and evenings.

The boutique hotel is excellent one of the highlights of our stay. The room was great but lots of stairs. If you don’t want stairs get the first floor room.
