Everything about this place was perfect, best location in town, next to piazza di spagna, fair prices and great room. Above all the service was truly spectacular.

My family stayed at Residenza Vecchiarelli for four weeks. It was wonderful.

We had the nicest time staying in Alba Romana. Everthing was good taken care of. The hostess gave us great advice where to eat and what to see, also the less touristic parts of Rome.

Roberto is an amazing host. Went above and beyond for us. The b&b is just bus ride away from the city centre. Perfect for those who want to escape the busyness of the city.

Stayed here with my mom for a few days, and it worked perfectly for us.
The location is spot-on. Close to the metro, cafés, and Termini, so getting around was easy.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Colosseum and Termini station, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was the ideal base for exploring the city on foot or by public transport.

Very sweet host and great location. The room was tidy, clean and pretty. The place even has an iron available and scissors and first aid. Really good.

Really lovely little hotel. Paulo was amazing. The hotel doesn’t have a sign outside it’s behind some really large doors, but Paulo waits on the street for you and greeted us when we arrived.

Compared to the camping sites on the other side of the lake, this place feels like heaven with some minuses. The beach is just perfect.

Everything kept very tidy, The bungalows very nice and comfortable. I recommend it great.

Absolutely brilliant for our party, a team of 18 WW2 archaeologists studying the Battle Of San Pietro.

We stayed so we could visit the monastery and the commonwealth war graves.
The hotel is a little walk from the town or a very reasonably priced taxi ride.

Roses hotels is very near to beach, city centre and just 1 minute walk from train station. From my room I have very nice view to sea.

Lovely Stay!

We stayed 2x with Emiliano, when we arrived late at Rome Airport and again before leaving Italy.

We fancied a quick trip to the seaside while in Rome and our concierge advised to get the metro to Piramide station, then change for a 30 minute ride to Stella Polare.

Estate castles a warranty. Unique place!

Location in a strategic position to visit the Formia Gaeta Sperlonga area.

We stayed for 2 days in July and we had a great time, the place is comfortable, the staff and the owners are very kind, the room is clean, the swimming pool is comfortable and open even at night,

The apartment is in a quiet, well-kept location, a few steps from the beach. You have a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The apartment had everything we needed.

Very good stay.
After landing in Fiumicino airport, I started searching for a cheap bead and breakfast. I gave them a quick call and I was delighted with a very positive welcome.

We were in the centre of Rome and decided for our last day to book somewhere near a beach. Yes this is not “beach front” but it’s a 3 minuet walk to a lovely little beach with a bar.
