What an incredible stay! We were in the Casanova room, which has a terrace overlooking the temple, waterfalls and bridge (a beautiful spot to enjoy breakfast each morning).

Budget friendly stay option with good enough facilities not that far away from Tivoli if you have a car.

We loved this place! And most of all because the lighting in the room and very modern bathroom was EXCELLENT! (Hard to find in Italy).

Marco and his family have built such an incredible estate that features an equally incredible restaurant.

Spacious but simple room. Good breakfast, dinner was a bit disappointing for us, but looked good for everyone else.
Please add some vegetarian options to your menu!

Location is perfect for sightseeing. Very quiet stay. The host prepared a large spread for breakfast and even made us two cappuccinos! I plan to stay here again!

Nice little place in old city…
Rooms could use some maintanance (leaking shower, almost slipped twice) but nothing serious.
Parking is a bit on a tight spot but couldn't say it was an issue at all.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Catillo B&B in Tivoli. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from all the main attractions, restaurants, and charming streets.

The rooms (we booked two rooms as a family) were big with fairly modern facilities such as the en-suite — the en-suite was large in both rooms, very clean and fairly modern.

Not really a bed and breakfast, unless making your own breakfast counts, Which we liked very much.

Comfortable and conveniently located place to stay. Everything is easily withing walking distance except the Villa Adriana.

Some places are nice to visit, and then there are people you end up remembering long after the trip is over.

Location: Right in the middle of town, by a delightful square. Villa d'Este and Gregoriano are a 8 min walk away, so easy to reach.

We stayed 6 hotels across Italy for our honeymoon and this was by far our favorite. The building was beautiful, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The pool is a must.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful bead & breakfast that is situated in an amazing place in Tivoli. It was really easy to park (the parking lot was in front of the b&b) offered by the owners.

Small, clean and very nice apartment in the center but some comforts were missing, such as bidet towels, kitchen towels… One thing we really didn't like was that although checkout was possible until

Rooms are small. Bathroom and stairs narrow. Landlord and landlady helpful. They let me check In even after agreed time.

A fabulous weekend we had a great time very kind and helpful staff we will definitely come back x a longer stay I recommend it to everyone.

Nice apartment at the edge of historic Tivoli. Easy walk to the city, parking at the nearby train station, the kitchen is well equipped with needed cooking gadgets and Espresso maker.

Nice clean room with a private bathroom and AC. Tea, coffee, some snacks and water was in the room. Panoramic view to the town is included.

I stayed for 2 nights at the weekend. The host met me at the property a few minutes after I arrived. The room was very nice with a coffee maker and bottled water provided.

Convenient and very courteous a short walk from everything.
