Clean, very comfortable and nice area too. Our host Marta was wonderful, when we accidentally dropped an earring down the drain she came and rescued it for us! Always helpful and friendly.

The host was extremely helpful, he provides me with all the information that I need, especially how to use public transport to reach destinations where we want to go…

What a find! Spotlessly clean, ideally positioned within easy walking distance of all the main attractions of central Rome.

We stayed at Piccolotel for about one week, it was a really great experience. Alex, the Manager, was always reachable via Phone when we had any questions.

Piccolotel is such a cozy place, very quite, feels like a residential stay, located in a great location, easily accessible, I loved it. I recommend it greatly.

We were satisfied with the hotel room, everything was tidy and clean. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the hotel. This makes it very easy to get to the center🤗

I wish I could give 10 stars! I booked another hotel, it got cancelled and after it was almost impossible to find another place in Rome (I was almost sleeping on the street that night).

Andrea's place was everything we needed for our stay in Rome. We had very good communication with him, the self check-in experience was excellent.

Stayed for two nights, room was spotless, private bathroom and shared kitchen!
Location was great, 30min walk from the heart of Rome. 15min walk from the night life in Trastevere.

Antonio was the perfect host. Rooms were nice and very close to train station as we arrived by train from FCO. We had also planned to take the train to civitavecchia for our cruise so another plus.

The room was very clean, we have great breakfast and the place was near the city. We take only one bus and the bus stop was near. B&B Trastevere in bed is the best place in Rome.

Everything is brand new and clean, though a bit of a tight fit (not unexpected for Rome). Our room had a cute balcony with a table and chairs.

My favorite part of the apartment is the workspace in the middle. Perfect for getting deep work done and having a coffee. Will return!

This is a sparkling clean room with everything you will need to enjoy the beautiful city of Rome. We also had the best dinner of our entire trip at Bar Tavernacca recommended by Massimo.

Absolutely fabulous guest house in a brilliant location. Very close to the number 8 tram line so it is easy to get into the centre. It is a lovely area, and I felt safe as a solo female traveller.
