Very lovely hotel. Quite neat and clean. Rooms are nice, but the bathroom layout and design was sort of impractical. Very nice roof with a pool, jacuzzi and a bar. Also offers in house restaurant, lobby bar and room service (food delivered to the hotel). Restaurant was really good, but a bit pricy. Huge thanks to Roxana and Cristian for taking so good care of me in the restaurant in regards to my food intolerance (gluten). Staff in general was quite nice and provided good service. The hotel also provides taxi vouchers, private drivers etc.

In the past I have given a low rating only x error. That's why I would like to point out that I have twice been a guest at your property at company meetings and I had a great time. The buffet is also great. I apologize is thank you.

I felt good during my short stay here, the room was nice and comfortable, the pool spotless, I did a massage in the spa and the restaurant absolutely good. Too bad only that the area is not the top of the city, absolutely recommended come and then move by car, the garage should be free.
I hope they will soon open one of their hotels in Milan as well.

Staff were very efficient, hotel was clean and very well kept. Only recommendation I'd give to anyone looking to stay is not to bother paying for breakfast in the hotel, it's expensive and there's a few places locally who do amazing food for a lot less.

Elegant Hotel with a nice dehor area. I've been there for a gala dinner and I have to say that compared to the usual pompous dinners but they always leave you hungry from "… Pizza after? "H10 has filled me up for good and with good quality. Apart from the dry Pinzimonio (I think for a distraction of the chef)

Nice hotel, great room. Breakfast has a lot of options and the staff are very friendly. They even left a small bottle of proseco in my room because I was there on my birthday. However, the roof pool is very small and you have to be very lucky to even find an empty seat. I also had 2 empty glasses near where I was sitting for hours because they didn't clean them up. Public transport is also pretty bad from this location. If you want to go to Rome, u need to take a bus that comes only every 30minutes and always late, you don't really have other options unless you walk 30 min first.

Modern and elegant Hotel, located in a central area is well connected, but where you can also get in the car and it is not difficult to find parking nearby. There are great meeting and conference rooms and good food for business lunch or coffee break.

The location Possibility of parking inside for a fee. Nice and helpful staff The rooms are spacious and well cared for. Inside is a great restaurant. Abundant breakfast on request. All rooms are wheelchair-accessible.

It was a very positive experience, I am satisfied! Clean Hotel and staff at the Beauty Center I did the epilation with Serena, adorable and knowledgeable girl. Highly recommended.

I attended a technology conference. It is a nice and well kept hotel. The food service is of a good standard. Staff attentive to the needs of the clientele.

Good rooms (clean, with many personal hygiene products such as comb and shaving kit), great breakfast (oddly enough there are more mignon brioche than cakes, but still giving various and excellent).
Unfortunately the restaurant leaves to be desired being expensive and with a "creative" service: Appetizers served after the main course, the final figure presented without receipt and bumped in the middle of the room (and other).

We stayed at the H10 on a couples long weekend as part of a Jet2 Holidays break. The hotel is well placed for using public transport to visit all of the major sites. To give you an idea, approxinately 150 metres away is a news agents where you can buy a pass to use buses, trams, metros. A further 100 metres brings you to the main road into Rome, the bus stop is less than 100m further. After a 20 minute ride you'll arrive at Piazza Venezia. The hotel staff are excellent, front desk very helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good and the rooms clean and the beds very comfortable. The only disappointment we had was with the bar snacks; nachos, club sandwich. They were of really poor quality for a 4 star hotel. So a well deserved hearty recommendation from the 4 of us for the H10.

Having previously stayed at a H10 hotel in Marbella and being very impressed, I couldn’t help but book the H10 in Rome for my partners birthday. I can confirm that our stay here was amazing. I cannot fault the staff and their impeccable customer service. I do feel that the hotels location is a little distance to the main tourist attractions however, if you are happily willing to travel via taxi or Metro this is not a problem. The room was immaculately cleaned on a daily basis with a change of towels too. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast and the scheduled times of 07:30-10:30 were ideal for all. For those that don’t know whilst staying in Rome you are required to pay tax for every night you stay. As this hotel is 4 star we were to pay €6 euro each, per night. You pay this at the end of your stay. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return to H10 Roma.

Good hotel. It is in a somewhat distant area to the center but the access to the public transport lines is very fast.

We loved it, we went twice, hot3l very clean breakfast excellent and staff very nice and competent, the pool is a recreation place in the Q rest of the long days of sightseeing, of all advisable.

It's a clean hotel. Ok staff. The rooms are too expensive for what they are. Too noisy. I spent 2 nights and there was a soccer game during the first night. Poor me! I felt the neighbor was with me in the room. There is no privacy at all. I could hear everyone and every closing door. And the cleaning started at 7. Super to wake up with the sound of the vacuum. Also there was a school and of course the noise of the kids was also a source of disturbance.

We stayed in October for 3 days. A modern hotel in the Trastevere district, around the surrounding area is not really great. The location is a bit out of the city centre, but the public transport is easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The pool is not that big, but perfect for cooling. Unfortunately, this was closed in October. Would book the hotel again at any time if the price is right.

Location is not great, they charged me for breakfast every morning on the bill even though it was included, pool is empty all winter. I cannot recommend this place, but rooms and hotel are very clean. For the price, I recommend going downtown. They said no early checkin, unless you upgrade to an executive room, which always happen to have a few available. There is a good quantity of little soaps, shampoos and toothbrush, etc, that was great. Restaurant is not open for lunch, have to go to bar. Coffee is horrible, from a premix nescafe machine, I expect decent coffee in Italy. Restaurant opens at 8PM and bar seems to close at 11 or so, but time doesn't seem to be consistent, I really liked the staff and cleanliness. I had a room with what felt like walls where sound just goes right through. There is a neighbouring abandoned factory where homeless families live, some rooms have a good view of that.

Hotel where the 4 stars deserves all. Starting with the very polite and obliging staff, everything you ask is trying to accommodate you and they have succeeded. Very comfortable rooms. Also the 4 star kitchen. Do 4 stars and not 5 to the whole structure both for the area that in the evening falls asleep and if I can give a tip to the property, to give a hand of color to the exterior structure and remove that gray 70 years that mask their value.

An elegant place in a strategic area of Rome a few steps from one of the shopping streets of the capital… too bad for access to the pool reserved for guests…

If you are going to Rome please stay at this hotel it is very good and quality spectacular price.

Perfect Hotel. Very good location Breakfast high levels but also the restaurant kitchen not bad. The Rooms are quiet, clean and well cared for. Perfectly functioning structure. Very often they organize themed evenings so if you are lucky you can enjoy wonderful evenings. Ah… In the summer the 5 floor pool is not bad. It also has a decent gym and a nice spa. Recommended.

Tidy rooms. Shower gels and all provided including a tooth brush set and a comb and a shaving kit. Not too far from the city centre. Cab vouchers can be bought from the hotel to Piazza Venezia for €9 each way however it is a bit tricky to find a cab to return in the hotel. The cabs can be located next to the National Museum at Piazza Venezia. And you have to take note of the hotel address to provide to the driver as apparently the holet voucher doesn't have that info on. Be mindful of the cab drivers as our return cab nearly collided in traffic twice. Not a great experience for the €18. You're better off using public transport.

Hotel located in an isolated place and out of the way. Place without any charm, suitable only for Congress, if you think you do not go out. The heating did not work… good things: Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Nice hotel pity that it is located in an area under construction my spacious rooms are very good food and the 160 bus takes us back to the tourist center or well for €18 there are taxis that works with the hotel to take us to the Trevi Fountain go and Perfect return the rooms are very clean the bedding o top and the welcome very durable, helpful at the reception Mr Kharkhari Zbunjena.

Modern and comfortable Hotel. Well connected and quite close to the center, a stone's throw from Testaccio and San Saba. The coffee break and the lunch buffet were pretty good. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable parking. The room booked for the meeting was fairly well organized.

Not much interesting place near by cab walk little bit to see super market and have school and football filed opposite hotel. If have many customer will have variety of menu for breakfast but if have few customer check in hotel have reduce the menu. Big bath tube and sometime water can split to the floor.

Great experience, good food and the staff are quite respectful and flexible to demands. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was OK, breakfast super tasty, dinner very price intensive we have been eating in the surrounding pizzerias.

Frankly superb hotel with several bus pass, but even on foot the center of Rome is not very far.

Nice rooms although lack tea and coffee facilities and are a bit noisy. Location is out of the city centre but we'll connected on the 170 bus route in to town. Rooftop pool and hot tub are very nice and overall the hotel is very clean and tidy.

Very good hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms and great bedding. On the other hand, located in the middle of a neighborhood mid Harlem mid Brooklyn where you feel not really comfortable and rather entrenched! This is normal but always surprising: tourist tax €6 per day, per person, it stings a bit at the time of Check-out.

Hotel very clean, well placed and well worth a 4 *. After making 3, 4 hotels in Rome is the only one that has been satisfactory. The others were 4 * too, the price followed but not the benefit. So not disappointed with this establishment I recommend! It's a very good chain.

A nice well connected Hotel.

The location of the hotel is decent only a 20 mins by bus or 10 mins by taxi. The Room are clean and serviced to a high standard. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and speak a very good level of English and a couple of other languages.

Excellent hotel in a troubling neighborhood. Although the neighborhood suffers from people lying on the streets, abandoned businesses and poor income housing, the hotel is absolutely classy. The streets are safe even at night and the hotel is easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are excellent so is the breakfast and the pool on the roof you can't beat (although it can be a bit crowded).

Very nice hotel with nice, clean rooms. Staff is very nice and helpful. Access to the city center is easy, either by taxi (9 euro) or by bus (1.5 euro/person). The pool is very nice, especially after a hot day downtown. Restaurant serves good food but, there are excellent restaurants nearby with superb Italian food. Ask for addresses at the reception or look at my reviews. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but there are good cafes in the neighborhood where you can have coffee, croissants and orange juice.

Taxi ride costing 9 euros to the city centre is the only downer apart from the cost of the daily tourist tax which adds significantly to your bill. Friendly efficient staff. Bedrooms fine although the outside of the building does little to create a good first impression. Good food, both breakfast and dinner.

Well connected Hotel! Clean new building and not far from the aairport. Slightly off the old town.

Perfect room as in pictures.
Super plentiful breakfast for all tastes with lots of juice, raw honey, chocolate fountain, various egg cooking, various types of bread etc.
Stop just a short distance from the hotel about 3-5 minutes which goes directly to the Colosseum and the altar of the fatherland.
Unfortunately we had a problem losing the key to the room but the front desk had no problems and we did not have any additional costs.
Perfect we will return.

This is a hotel is located in the South of Rome, walking 20 minutes to walk to the railway station leading to the Centre of Rome. Hotel staff was very friendly, restaurant taste good, rooms are clean, and suitable accommodation for the Rome trip. Bus shuttle to the city centre every minute.

We have been there for a dinner and the restaurant was very nice, just one of the best.

Super Hotel. Breakfast top. Location is also good. Can recommend the Hotel for a scooter to rent. This allows Rom super explore. The Pool unfortunately is too small and therefore crowded.

I stayed there for almost two months the hotel was very good in all terms the location is in the middle of all transportation means in Rome and its even in a good shopping sight the room was very convenient well furnished and well equipped and the room service in fact was doing nice job recipients were very friendly and they really willing to help restaurant staff also was very friendly and they were offering alot of varieties the bar and lobby area were offering drinks and snacks all the time and the price was very reasonable the only thing I would mention here is the gym was of very small size and not well equipped but obviously if you are not going to stay for long time so it should not be a problem.

Room and bathroom very clean and very well maintained, comfortable bed and spacious. Bathtub with shower very cozy, elegantly furnished room. Hotel overall well maintained and modern.
True 4 star hotel at very competitive price.
The only drawback are the rooms not very soundproof.

Correct treatment. On the reception they speak Spanish. It is a little away from the center of Rome of what priori it seems, but delivered a leaflet with instructions of the buses.
Clean rooms, good breakfast and not there was problem to manage an airport shuttle.
The pool a bit small and the jacuzzi with too much chlorine.

The service at the hotel was pretty miserable and unfriendly. The bartender was pretty much only present when larger conference group occupied the lounge area leaving no space for regular guests. The worst problem, however, was, the slamming of doors from 5.30 in the morning. The doors to the rooms had automatic pumps that closed the doors so heavily, that the walls would shake. This would wake you up at 5.30 in the morning. Very unpleasant. The hotel was not ideally situated and with the pretty lousy infrastructure — no underground, only buses — it's a problem getting to and from the hotel. Nice pool on the roof without a bar.

Great hotel for family vacation.

Al llegar al hotel, mismo teniendo la reserva ya hecha y pagada, llevaron mas de 30 minutos para buscaren mi reserva y darme una habitacion. La piscina estaba cerrada (mismo haciendo 28 grados y ser el fin de la primavera). El aire acondicionado no andaba, y tuve que llamar a la recepcion para lo arreglaren. La television no andaba (ninguno de los canales internacionales), y llevaran mas de 24 horas para arreglaren. Al otro dia, teniamos hambre, y como el hotel dispone de restaurante pensamos en almorzar ahi, pero el restaurante no esta abierto para los pasajeros del hotel al medio dia. Todos estos temas culminaron en nosotros hablando con las chicas de recepcion que nos trataron con soberbia.
No recomiendo este hotel a nadie y no veo la hora de irme de aqui.
When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff took over 30 minutes to find my reservation, even though it was already booked and paid for. The pool was closed (even though it was over 85 F outside and the end of spring). The air conditioning didn't work, and we had to call front desk to have maintenence fix it. None of the international channels on the TV could be tuned and it took over a day to be fixed. The next day, we were starving, and since the hotel has a restaurant, considered having lunch over there, we couldn't do so since it was closed to guests for lunch. All of these issues were aggravatted when we spoke with front desk and were very rudely treated.
