A nice experience with friendly and very helpful staff.

It’s very clean, my room looks as if it was only repainted a short time ago. The man on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of hot water & As I only arrived a short time ago, I won’t find out about how to get to St Marks Square until tomorrow.

Nice Location, Big & Clean Room.

Very clean hotel, active staff and always present, super breakfast. The only flaw: the bathroom. Referring to the room where I stayed the cup is located between the wall and a pillar and this is really uncomfortable.

Nice hotel in lots of ways. Convenient location for the tram to Venice. SMALL shower. Great staff.

Guys I tell you x experience never go to this hotel. I arrive and my quadruple already engaged. Wool blankets salts and drops of the shower broken breakfast insufficient small rooms fake staff. Is this the way to treat tourists? Bad in everything.

Lovely hotel. Could do with updating a bit in some areas but beds lovely and comfy. Breakfast was good but had to ask for filter coffee as was rank instant in self service machine. Great reception staff especially Stefano who was extremely helpful. Excellent transportlinks with trams and buses nearby and a lovely town centre a few minutes walk away. A fabulous good value hotel base to visit Venice main island.

The rooms were very clean and with good interior design which matches the style of Venice.

Clean. Friendly at reception. Have a good breakfast. Lack of some maintenance in the room. TV nn you see Channels. Bathroom door that squeaks. Climbs shower drops nn holds in height. And it floods the bathroom when you shower/bathroom…

The hotel is good but no effort from the staff to speak French. We had to fend for ourselves for the bus lines and especially for the return to the airport
On the last day we had to cry to have the breakfast normally served at 7:00 and at 7:20 still nothing while we had to leave the hotel at 7:45 am. The person was bringing the food and account drop in my opinion we were the only ones that day. I do not recommend.

Stay in a comfortable but not very large double room. Basic breakfast. One of the two elevators was not working.

Poor. The rooms would need an upgrade. A non-working elevator. Very dirty and stained carpet. Breakfast just Enough.

Good hotel nice clean and tidy nice staff good service please if you visit Venice make a stay at this hotel easy to reach to local area and Venice city.

Hotel in Mestre center convenient especially for transport to Venice Riviera and inland, polite and very helpful staff, price more than just for the service offered.

Positive, the staff is friendly and friendly, negative points, just about everything else… old fashioned hotel, remained frozen in the years 80, the room clean but run down, tapestry torn, furniture damaged, atmosphere and Deco depressing… very noisy, I heard the room neighbor yaking all evening among other things… and the ponpon is surely the breakfast, what a disappointment! everything was so low-end, from bread to jam a catastrophe, that's for sure we were not going down to bang the Bell in the morning!, a short hotel in perdition that is struggling to survive and seems on the end…

Receptionist extremely helpful friendly and always prepared to lighten things up.

Worst hotel ever. In shower not even a regular person can fit. For pictures of proof search hotel on Google maps. Staff is like… Idiots. All of them.

There was no food at breakfast at 9:00. Breakfast was from 7 to 10. The staff told me that it's the manager directive. There where no cups for coffe, bread. The tables where dirty after the other tourists left the restaurant area.

Small place. Idiots worked it out.

Not too far to get into the centre of Venice by bus/tram. Great buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Good sized room for the 3 of us but a bit old fashioned with its decor, and a tiny lift. Clean and functional — no issues. Would stay again.

Good value for money. Everything you need in the room. The breakfasts are good, but if you live long monotonous. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

Decent Hotel with decent internet connection and breakfast.

No proper Wi-Fi, no popper air conditioning, but the reception guy is really nice and kinda hot.

Old Hotel, clean but obsolete rooms, mediocre breakfast. The only positive note is the proximity to the centre of Mestre if it can interest.

The breakfast was not fresh at all, the breads tasted old and the eggs where cold. The bed was not comfortable and the walls where thin. But the room was clean and warm except for the carpet floor.

Friendly staff, hotel close to public transport. Nice stay.

Hotel cute cozy, clean and stylish, the staff polite and friendly. The only flaw is that it does not offer a beautiful view.
