Absolutely spotless, very good service, I asked for extra pillows etc that wasnt a problem. We were very welcomed. A fab location for short trips to explore the city. Thank you again.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights, with breakfast that easily rivaled any in the area.

We read some negative reviews and were hesitant at first. But everything was perfect. What you would expect from a three star hotel! Cosy room, nice view, fresh croissants in breakfast!

This small hotel situated in the old town was a delight during our short visit to Rome.

Even though I didn’t stay at the hotel this time, I had such a lovely experience here. I came by for the food, and it was absolutely delicious.

We stayed for 2 nights in a twin room. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The accommodation is very well located for Termini station and we easily walked to most attractions in Rome.

Ideal location if you are travelling and are getting in and out Fiumicino Airport. Staff was very helpful with check in and booking shuttles and taxis for us. Very nice spacious and new bathroom too.

Such an unexpected surprise, both the area and the hotel. Alessandro is a lovely, caring, host. He shows genuine kindness and concern for his guests. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

I was a bit of a moron and kept pulling the entry doors instead of pushing, and as the host didn’t speak or understand English with my limited knowledge of Italian it appeared like a rough start.

Location was great, householder was very attentive and kind, room was also very good, highly recommended.

Very good host. The hotel is good with reasonable amenities. Room size is small for 3. Kitchen has coffee tea facilities. The locality of the hotel is not top rated.

Clean room, nice bed. Cozy, shared living space where you can get coffee, tea, heat water for soup, etc. Also provide snack items to go along with amazing espresso.

Hotel is too quiet and is in a convenient place, you can reach to some good shopping malls like Cathedlon and Carrefour and Eurospin by walking. Bathroom is clean and rooms are clean and neat.

Almost everything ist perfect. The employees are very kind, and the room service is very good. They have free parking with cameras.

The location is very comfortable and near the sea and bars! The apartment was very clean and the owners also very kind. I spent here the weekend! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for the day after leaving our cruise, as our flight wasn’t until the evening. It’s very convenient for the airport, just a couple of miles away and close to the beach.

Loved it! So so quiet. A great value. A block from the beach and great pizza. Wonderful breakfast and cappuccino bar…Mossimo front desk was such an Italian stallion…easy access for shuttle and trains.

I stayed here recently in august and wow what an amazing little place it’s stunning.

The location is fantastic, it’s just a few steps to vittorio emanuelee metro station which can connect you anywhere in Rome. The staff over the phone and the lady who brings breakfast are very polite.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet apartment in an authentic Roman building with a lovely entrance and charming windows. The bed was super comfortable, and the location perfect for exploring the city.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable although I was so cold on the first night I had to put all my clothes back on. I think there was an unexpected cold spell.

Oddball little place with friendly service and the whole jacuzzi/sauna experience.
