Very nice and well cared for structure, attention to the care of the staff and maximum courtesy and kindness of the staff!

Rooms are comfy and clean but has strong cigarette smell. All of us arent a fan of smoking thus this really bothered us and made the stay less desirable. Other than that, service was average, location is good and close to termini. I think the best part of our stay was the bfast buffet. It was really good.

This hotel has deducted money from me after I cancelled this booking in APRIL! Free of charge! I have come off a long flight and seen that they took money from my account when they were NOT authorised to do so! Thieves! I want proof that you refund this immediately today.

Breakfast is really good and the Staff are very nice and friendly.

After reviewing other guests reviews for Hotel Nord Nueva Roma we were not at all disappointed. The rooms were very clean comfortable and newly upgraded. The old world charm was very appropriate for Rome. The staff was very professional and happy to answer any question. Location was excellent and with your GPS you could walk to all the historical sites. The location, was so perfect
for us as we entered and left Rome by train at Termini Train station which was a short walk. We had the time of our lives.

This hotel has the best location in case you need to take a train or bus because you can walk to Termini station which was very convenient for us since we were going from a place to another. You can walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and several restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. When we are back to Rome we definitely staying here again!

Just got back from a short visit to Rome — Hotel was lovely, near the station, helpful staff, very clean, close to lots of bars and restaurants, with a lovely view from the rooftop bar!

The room is tiny with old furniture and non-existing view from the window — see my post. The safe box was non-operational The WIFi is not working and the help desk is specifically unhelpful. I am extremely dissatisfied and can not recommend this hotel.

I am enjoying every minute of it we got a beautiful room. Cleangreat service. Continental breakfast delicious! Location is perfect. Defenetly stay here next time and recommend it. May God keep blessing this place and the people who work very hard to help us.

Here at the moment lovely hotel staff all very nice and friendly, clean rooms perfect spot with hop on off buses just across the road nice restaurants nearby roof terrace very nice for relaxing after a long day sightseeing or a coffee before heading out for the day breakfast nice usual continental bread rolls cold meat ect I've thrown my coin in the Trevi fountain so that means I must be coming back to Rome and would definitely use this hotel again it's a little gem.

Cozy and unsamy. In the middle. Entering the market, the station, the subway, a lot of restaurants, near the opera, the sights of history.

The hotel was quite OK, but maybe a little bit expensive when factoring in the old building and not-so-fresh ambiance. Staff was courteous and spoke good English. The room I got faced the inner courtyard, without a view but away from street noise. The bed was fine, but the pillows had seen better days. The air conditioning worked well, but was quite noisy which made it difficult to sleep with it on. The bathroom was clean but in dire need of renovation (leaking shower cabin). The breakfast buffet was okay, but certainly not great — and the room where it was served didn't feel very welcoming. Location is very convenient, close to the Termini train station. The rooftop restaurant was a joke, with high prices and very low staff levels in the day time. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the neighborhood — but make sure to avoid the ones very close to the hotel! Overall, I was reasonably satisfied, but probably won't come back.

A lovely hotel with great, responsive staff.

While staying here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon, the hotel overall is a good price for what you get. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is functional. The breakfast buffet is satisfying, while the rooftop is more a bar than a restaurant. The Wi-Fi is touchy, but that might be due to the 1930s construction of the building. The location of the hotel is one of it's best points, being close to the train station, many attractions are within reasonable walking distance.

Wife and I were very impressed when we arrived. The staff at check in was welcoming. The hotel was looked clean elegant. The room was bigger than expected, nice/clean with a great view. Bathroom was nice and clean, shower pretty small for US standards, but un par per European showers. Clean crew did a great job everyday. Good location. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommended & would stay here again.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms are clean and perfect for unwinding after a long day walking through Rome. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast was great. The hotel is conveniently located next to Termini Station. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but the staff could get rude, easily. The nearest laundromat was half mile away which you’d have to carry your laundry too, and the prices they charge to do your laundry was very pricey no matter how fancy they made it look upon returning. The house keeping sucked and wouldn’t refresh really anything, hardly toilet paper as well. AC hardly worked and you could hear almost everything in the rooms next to you. The Bar was “fancy” but overpriced. You could tell the not well versed bartenders got overwhelmed easily and was hard for them to keep their patience with trying to understand what you were saying. The bathrooms were slightly gross as you could see mold growing. All the tours they said were “cheaper” actually ended up costing more and were horribly put together, that goes to say we do not recommend the green line tour bus. Breakfast seemed fancy for some who do not have eating restrictions but for some who do, you could eat fruit and that was it. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Italy, this was one of our least favorites.

Nice hotel close to central station. Roof top lounge is a plus. Rooms are a bit small.

3-Star Central Hotel 2 steps from Termini Station pretty big and cozy! I can't talk about the rooms we never had.

The hotel is small but cozy. Too bad I was stolen the backpack with the bag in the lobby and the thieves walked in and out quietly as evidenced by the cameras. I wasn't refunded.

The only location is strategically super, right next to Rome Central Station (Roma termini). From the station you can come-to leave: airport, other cities, in Rome and suburbs.
All sightseeing buses start and return to the square in front of the station.
The hotel is clean. The rooms are small, the décor is in the 80s style.
The staff of the brakes: The birds are proud, until you kick, do not fly.
The air conditioners are old, work poorly, we at night just opened the windows.
Breakfast is a very simple buffet.
There are many restaurants around where you can eat.
The hotel does not have a parking lot, but there are municipal parking spaces (blue, ie paid).

Really friendly Hotel. I found myself very well with the service and with the staff who is really very friendly and friendly! The room is particularly dark thanks to the walnut wood that furnigs it. The comfort is really very high and you perceive a pleasant feeling and winding and warmth. Everything turned out very clean just that I would have liked a much more abundant and extensive breakfast.

Very good location It is located between the train station and the university ROMA3 well furnished and comfortable rooms. Good cleanliness. Very cozy the TV room and the breakfast room is very convenient for proximity to public transportation and historical places.

Very professionally managed. Experienced staff. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel is solid. Different experience with imperial type rooms, the cherry wooden interior decor makes the room look majestic.

Checked out of the hotel only yesterday and can't say enough good things about it. Excellent location 15/20mins walk from the major attractions, very helpful at the front desk, a nice selection for breakfast, lovely clean rooms and bathroom facilities! What more could you ask for from a hotel. Also only 2 mins walk from the Termini which makes life so much easier coming from and to the Airport! Highly recommended and we'll be back!

Friendly staff. Free map and free cell phone for use while you visit the hotel. This was amazing as we used Google maps all the time. Comfortable room's, ample breakfast… All in all we would find it very hard to find a fault with the hotel. It is accessible to all tourist attractions, also the railway. If you stay here you do not need a hop on hop off bus.

Beautiful terrace pity that for the appetizer there was only one person attending to 10 tables and ran for all alone, we wanted to take something just arrived from the flight and we had to go find where to take something. The reception attention the girls super attentive and speak all the languages. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well watered. The breakfast was great. Excellent location.

The upper terrace is closed in winter. The views from the room are the back of a building and the bathroom smells like pipe. He needs to renew. The room is spacious and the temperature is nice. Breakfast is missing a bit more variety.

Central Hotel, 5 min walk to Termini station.
Room clean and large enough.
Only in the bathroom there was no storage facility, this did not bother with 3 nights but no further.
The breakfast was excellent.
The great rooftop terrace, which was not yet open in March, is worth mentioning.
Staff very friendly, at check-in we were immediately handed a map with explanation.

Excellent experience here over 16 days last February (2017). Standard double room for 10 days and a nicer double for 6 days. Both great values. Good service. Good breakfast. Good location.

The very clean room was a bit on the small side, but I didn't travel that far to hang out in the room. Practical, convenient to the center and to the means Pubbluci in Termini station. Absolutely quiet the surrounding area. Breakfast.

We arrived and first impressions are good. However, we were told they need a scan our passports and they will be ready when we come back down. We didn't like this and said we would wait, but they were addamant we should get them later. Strange. The room was small and wasn't representative of what we had booked. There were loads of hairs over the bed, the thermostat was stuck at 24 degrees C and the bathroom smelled. I wouldn't stay here again and I would recommend it to others. The price, accommodation and facilities might just be in keeping with what to expect in Rome City Centre. But I don't think it deserves the 4* left by other guests.

A really good Hotel worthy of more than 3 stars. Our room was clean tidy and a good size. The bathroom recently renovated, was very modern, towels changed daily. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice The roof bar is well worth a visit with views over Rome. Position brilliant also for the bus station, underground & train station. Many good local restaurants a few minutes walk away.

Very clean Hotel Rooms a little bit dated. Overall it's a cozy place.

Rooms and bathrooms were not what we expected at all. The pictures online gave a much different picture. Also the don't offer an iron in the rooms, only a pay service. The breakfast however is good, above average coffee for a hotel.

Rooms were clean, the rooftop bar was delightful and the breakfast was very good.

You get what u pay for, so I rate it 3. Rooms are small, I hear, and mine was dark too. With the lights off it seemed like night. But it was clean, service was ok and the terrace bar is cool. If what u are looking for is a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in: here u go :-)

Amazing hotel with great staff. It is very conveniently located near the main Rome terminal station from where you can get access to various public transport n airport train. The rooms were amazing including the delicious breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend this place since the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind.

I spent one night in this hotel. Very good value for the price. Conveniently located within easy walking distance from the central train station. Rooms tend to be small, but the service (breakfast included) is excellent.

The room was very small, the shower was not very comfortable and the morning after the shower the hairdryer did not work. Pretty clean. Not the maximum though.

The emplyés are very hospitable with the guests and it is a very nice hotel.

For an informal meeting, I found myself in this hotel where he could find professionalism and courtesy. The prices of the drinks are in the standard and the order and cleanliness are at the highest level. Congratulations.

Nice Hotel, clean rooms. An average comfort for a 3 star. Breakfast varied, salty and sweet but of medium quality. Good for those who want Metro and nearby station. Little Soundproof.

Nice hotel pretty well placed close to Termini and 15 minutes walk to great sights such as the Colosseum, Trevi or Villa Borghese. The rooms are nice but the soundproofing is perfectible.

Good location next to Termini train station. Allowed us to check in early. Room however was dirty and has marks on the walls, very limited outlets, etc.

Beds are extremely hard and during out stay we have had a lot of noise with bottled being recycled outside. Air conditioning was unavailable due to the time of year. Other than this a nice hotel with helpful staff.

Things that were good: staff were friendly and helpful, the shower was nice, breakfast was modest but pleasant, great location near the termini with lots of buses and shops. Things that were not so good: the bed was very hard and we had to sleep on extra blankets. Air con was not available at this time of year but we were not informed during booking, however they did provide a floor fan upon request which was nice. Floors are marble/stone which wasn't very comfortable. Also we could not have the windows open as the people in the street below were noisy as **** until about midnight and the again from 6am.

Hotel correct. Good quality for the price. Well connected. Take a beer on the terrace of the penthouse at sunset is a pleasure reserved for the gods. And if you're in good company, a luxury.

Good quality — price. I stayed in a triple room which had two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was varied and the pastry was very rich. The staff was nice and although they didn't speak Spanish they strove to understand you. The location is ideal to move within walking distance to all the tourist sites and is located next to the Termini station and the Metro. If I return to Rome I would stay at the same hotel, of all the places in Europe where I State has been more convenient and comfortable hotel I've been.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff have been helpful. Location is very central, can walk to the Coliseum and surrounds. A metro station is just around the corner.

121 € for a room 2mt X 4mt … If I open the bathroom … don't I log more troley in my opinion should be read from a single room bed … too bad you can not attach the photo …

We stayed here in Rome. The hotel staff suggested that I walk around the corner in the rain at midnight to open a bottle of wine. When I couldn't get it open at a bar, the hotel staff just handed me the bottle opener. This is horrible service! They should have just handed me the bottle opener, I'm a guest!

Room with scorching temperatures in the middle of winter. Even with window open for the entire night.

and we have not slept all night! Room 141 Super loud and overlooks the street and the worst c is that the window is broken, and let the cold wind… We summer frozen all night!

Great hotel in a great location! The staff was amongst the friendliest we experienced throughout our trip in Italy and France. Rooms were clean, nice and the high ceilings made the small room feel spacious. I would stay here again!

Very clean and pretty. Front desk people are very friendly. The breakfast was good. It is a bit noisy. You can hear people moving furniture in other rooms and when they flush the toilet. Our room was facing an alley so all you can hear are cars and people yelling and dumping garbage. The view from the room bar is pretty. Luciano, the waiter, was very friendly. Was fun to watch him fight with the pigeons that kept trying to steal peanuts from the tables.

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel 3 days ago. The location is excellent as it's only 3 blocks from the Roma Termini (Train Station). Also 1 block away where the double deckers start their routes going all around Rome. People at the front desk were very friendly; the breakfast was included an was excellent. The internet service was also included. Our room was clean and nice and, YES, it had a shower curtain! They have a little restaurant-bar in the sun deck and also a gym. This was usefull as jogging in the streets of Rome the first morning was very confusing! There is a little restaurant in the corner with delicious pizzas and capuccino.

Could not fault this hotel. Desk staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was very clean and well decorated. Stunning bathroom. Breakfast was a bit busy due to the fact there was a school trip staying there several of the days we stayed but once they had left it was not an issue. great location although our room was facing towards the busy road outside which was busy first thing in the morning and even with the windows shut it was louder than i'd have hoped. my only complaint would be that I had left shoes under the bed and when I emailed them to ask if they would send them back (at my cost) I never got a reply. all in all though a very good hotel in an amazing city.

RUDE staff. Many rooms and not enough tables accommodate eating breakfast, had to wait in the hall a long time to get breakfast. Rooms are small and stuffy, air conditioning didn't work. LOUD! LOUD! LOUD! NEVER AGAIN! BAD EXPERIENCE! I've read some good reviews people have left for this place. All I can say is, they've never been in a decent hotel. I don't mean a more expensive hotel because this place IS expensive.

The desk staff was outstanding, very helpful. Room clean and large (relatively speaking of course! ) Location very central, within walking distance to Opera, several Churches, other attractions. Metro is convenient, either Termini or Plaza de Republica. If you keep your wits about you, Termini station is not the danger that some indicate, at least not for us. Food in Rome is extraordinarily expensive, so the excellent buffet breakfast was a real money saver. Fill up there, and you can get away with less during the day. Check out the supermarket down the street (they can advise), one way to keep costs down, although only a small refrigerator is provided. We did a prepay thru Expedia, and the desk did not even ask for a CC to bill incidentals. Highly recommended.
