Excellent! Small room, without view in window. But in the center of Rome. There is a five minutes from termini rail station. Five minutes to basilica Maria maggiore. Everything is near. You live in old building very nice!

Having chosen this hotel was the best decision of the trip. Federico is an excellent person! It helped us a lot with the indications and despite not speaking the same language, he showed a lot of interest in communicating with us and making ourselves feel at home. The hotel is simple, clean, comfortable and very very well located, close to the termini and all the tourist spots. You can practically walk around everything on foot from the hotel. I recommend this place to everyone. You're going to meet an excellent host.

It is very nice, but it is also a place near the Colosseum, the Metro is a beautiful church nearby.

It is a very well located hostel near the historical center of Rome. You can walk to many of the interesting places. The Metro and the central bus stop are less than 5 minutes away. The hostel is very, very old, with an elevator of the time of Matusalen, but even so the cleanliness of the rooms is decent and the staff very attentive, tries to help you in everything Q need.

Excellent location x visit the Historical center of Rome. Close to the terms. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Breakfast Excellent reception.

Silvio, the owner is a helpful and kind person. He gave us advice on the transportation and provided us with a map. The room is new and clean and air conditioned. Bathroom with shower. It is located 5 minutes from Roma Termini Station which is a very well connected area.

A cheap clean hotel in central rome less then ten mins, away from station. No frills clean tidy and helpful staff who speak English, we payed 60 euros for 3 adults and a 4 year old infant on a bed and breakfast per night. Worth every penny.

I have stayed in literally thousands of hotels. I travel for a living, and the staff here are the rudest people I have EVER met. You have to leave your key at the the front desk every time you leave and when you come back they toss it on the desk with a look of contempt, they talk extremely loud in the hallways early in the morning. The pictures are nothing like the actual rooms, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. I find it more than a coincidence that there are no reviews from people other than italians on here. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else!

Great little place, easy to get to, clean, with serious, precise and gentle staff, to be recommended to those who want to spend a quiet holiday in Rome with his family!
