Quite comfortable. Clean and tidy.

Booking House has an extremely strategic location to be in the center of Rome. Very close to all means of transport, the particular proximity to Termini makes it excellent, especially for those who travel by plane and use the train to reach the airport. I really recommend it to everyone. Minimalist but comfortable rooms equipped with all comforts. Free Wi fi, but above all the extraordinary welcome of Tatiana and her staff that make the stay very pleasant. Modern and clean interiors as few! Super cheap prices. What more do you want? When I return to Rome I can only think of returning to Booking House. I'm not interested in other places!

We had a good if we go back to Rome we will ask for a room still in booking house.

My room was renovated and nice place to stay. Easy walk to all attractions and close to public transportation. Tatiana is very helpful. She helped planning my visit — great places that I have missed the last visit, and good places to eat. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I and my friends we stayed for one night in this apartment, on the occasion of a concert and I have to say that we had a great time. The location is very clean and all the rooms are very nice, including the bathroom. Also the girl who welcomed us was very kind looking to settle for any request and giving us useful information for every eventuality. Price / quality ratio more than excellent, highly recommended, especially if you are in a group.

Comfort of the room.

Friendly staff. It's a basic stay with few amenities, which is great for a short stay. 8 minutes walk from Termini station. Water pressure is quite weak though, especially the shower.

From the catastrophe. No communication, little availability Immediately a theft inside of the structure is not supervised. No warning pre nor post theft. Have been smashed five doors and five rooms have undergone petty theft and contempt of the luggage. The intervening of the police on the night he made that I accompanied (on foot and without any consideration) in the new structure, is worse than before but at least with the door lock. You can comment on. The star I had to put it to have the ability to publish, otherwise it would not deserve even this.

Not even a star. Upon arrival we have open and call the number no one answered, we had to buzz in to the building to ensure that the lady there was about to open. The lady who greeted us is apparently friendly, but I did not have isporato trust. On arrival in the room we found ourselves in a room of 7m pictures, where nearly all of the space was the bed and the bathroom, a hole. The outlet of the air conditioning under the window, so you could not keep open. Air conditioning single point in favor, but the last day we found the unit not working. Daily cleaning 0.

Great clean quiet friendly polite we really enjoyed everything very close to walking and great quality price.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy! Gorgeous hotel, street noise was drowned out as it is a very private B&B. The inside is spectacular. The bed and bathroom were incredible. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great hotel, will stay here again on my next trip to Rome. Super comfy beds and pillows.
