Kindly improve your cart system. Tighten the connections or change it. It was so noisy even when we turn or move a little.
It was named Hostel Roma but it’s name is two ducks hostel, cheap places close to Roma termini. The reception desk is helpful and ready to fulfill your need. But there is no signboard outside the building, it’s on the 5th floor and the lift is quite old fashioned.

Good staff at the place who tried to be helpful. But after a booking, I was sending few letters to them and they didn't answer. There are two hostels together: hostel Roma and Two ducks hostel. We stayed at the second one. Beds are really small, bed linen has some old stains. Our room was small, had no windows but the door to the balcony. Toilets and shower rooms are dirty and not very comfortable. In a way to pay with a card, you need to go outside to the next street. We had not enjoyed our stay.
