Bad Hotel, and bad staff!
I chose this expensive hotel to spend in comfort the last night of our holiday. I contacted the property in advance to ask for the late checkout since I had the flight late and being on the road with my two-year-old son I wanted to make him feel comfortable. On the phone they told me it was ok, 5 hours andtra Arrived at the hotel I am raised the price to 80 senza I wait for explanations and the girl disappears, after ten minutes she returns and I am ignored as if nothing had happened. I decided to come back later to talk to a director. Mr. Manager is a very bad person who treats customers badly and especially a woman with a small child in her arms insisting that the rate for the late check out that day was 80€ Too bad the girl on the phone did not tell me that the rate varied by day and reassured me by saying that you could do it at 60. In short, here the prices are invented at the moment and make fun of you! The director is disgraceful and does not communicate with the staff. Also the room was dirty and dated, 170 euros per night and falls apart. Horrible experience I would not recommend any mother to stay in this hotel which has a really rude staff.

A really lovely hotel. A nice special touch was added for us as we were celebrating my husband’s 50th. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean rooms, towels changed daily. Breakfast was great. Can’t fault anything.

Fairly strategic location and spacious rooms. Beautiful terrace all over Rome where you can have breakfast or enjoy a great dinner… very kind and nice waiters.

At the Roof Garden Restaurant, the Olive Grove of the Hotel Diana, in an aerial and flowery setting, you will find courtesy, space and great Mediterranean food.

We were a party of four couples and we are in agreement with this collaborated review. Excellent location only 3 blocks from Termini. Friendly staff. Nice bright, clean and modern rooms. Free and fast Wi-Fi. Cold AC. Hearty and free breakfast. Terrace offered stunning views of the city. Recommended hotel.

Breakfast at the roof garden is a great one for the stunning views of the capital. Tiny rooms. Great for circus dwarves. Really bad air if you have the inner room and you get from the vault the smell of the kitchens that seems to you channeled. But take back the cafone topography!

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Great central location, staff was friendly, and our room was bright and clean. The highlight was the rooftop garden, with stunning views of the city and lots of seating! The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast buffet which was decent. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again in the future.

We stayed at HDR for 4 nights recently. The staff were excellent and the Hotel attitude had a good feel. They readily sorted out a couple of problems for us. The room we moved to was excellent. Internet was very good. Food and wine was excellent quality in the roof garden restaurant. It was well located for historical centre of Rome locations and close to the Termini main railway station. We used the Metro to get around. All in all, a good experience in Rome.

We stayed for 4 days. ROOM was small but comfortable. Bed was hard I wish mattress had a little more padding. Room service was excellent. We had complimentary water bottle every day in fridge. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our room windows were facing inside shaft. AC had hard time cooling room. Hotel is located close to all attractions. Safe neighborhood. I would recommend it.

Awesome! Only the first day here and they made our honeymoon special with champagne and a bigger room! Great customer service! Rooms are pretty, very quaint italiano stay! Staff was wonderful and beautiful rooftop!

Lovely hotel in the center of Rome. Offers a rooftop area with a full bar and evening meal full menu restaurant. View from rooftop of Rome is amazing. Concierge service. Early check-in luggage storage. Limo service to airport ran 50 euros. Rooms were clean but be aware air conditioning is shut off from 10pm to 6am… so be sure you open windows.

Excellent hotel, very good location between Termini Metro station and República. The rooms are excellent. Very good attention. They speak Spanish. Breakfast is complete, you can use the terrace for breakfast.

I did visit the hotel for a professional event. Clean place and cozy roof garden.

Small and basic room but comfortable. Beds are good too. Continental breakfast is a little limited. Service is good and the rooftop dining area is cute.

I visited the start of April with my mum and sister, we had a mixed stay here. I’ll start with the good, fantastic location, lovely food, the room was modern and good size that’s about it. We found the staff to be very rude towards us, when we checked in the key was given to us and the lady walked away, didn’t inform us how to get to our room, where he lift was, where and when breakfast was etc. We had same rudeness when we checked out asked for our money and then didn’t even say bye or how was your stay, they couldn’t of cared less. Drinks menu says cocktails but they didn’t actually have any of the stuff to put in it so the man made a mix of whatever he had. Our room clearly had a drainage problem as the bathroom just reeked the whole time we was there and with having no air con you can imagine the smell when we walked back in every day. I think the most disappointing part was we weren’t able to have dinner on the roof top, when we booked the break there was no mention that it was seasonal so was very disappointed to not be able to sit and have a meal up there after all that’s what made us want to stay here.

This hotel is a nice spot to stay while visiting Roma. The rooms are a bit outdated, but are extremely clean. The hotel itself is located near everything — we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go: the Trevi Fountain, the train station, the Spanish Steps. The staff is friendly enough but wouldn't try to help past their job requirement (ie. There aren't too eager to help when you ask about tourist destinations or ask for restaurant recommendations). The daily breakfast is good, they provide a pretty typical american style breakfast: eggs, bacon, turkey, ham, fruits, cereal, croissants and other pastries. And the rooftop seating area is beautiful. One thing to note is that they do not have international plugs, so bring your own converter.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast service and an OK location. However the staff are awful. No thank yous, no smiles and extremely rude. Unless you're happy with bartenders/receptionists/waiters looking at you like dirt whenever you ask for something, don't go here.

Hotel could use some TLC. Stayed just for one night, and it was a hot one due to poor operation of the a/c. Prior to being exposed to a very warm night, we also had to be switched into another room since our original room request was nit honored. Once in the new room and after 4 visits to the front desk due to key fob issues (the door wouldn't open) maintenance came to the door to reprogram the device. Underwhelmed.

This is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. Our room was perfect, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was also fantastic. If you are staying in Rome to sight see this is the perfect location. We walked from the train and bus pick up is right down the street.

Great location. It's close to many of the attractions. The rooms are small and out dated. The linen is dingy and cheap. There is no a/c, even in April. It was hot but they did give us a fan. The breakfast is free but just ok. I was disappointed by many things but specifically the rooftop bar. While we were there, we had to have our refrigerator replaced and our shower head.

Good hotel but poor service. One day they would put the drink from the minibar to the next No. Breakfast is varied but without quality products. The art. Of hygiene varied every day. The room had kitchenette but there was not a single item to use (there were no sources, no pans, no crockery). It could improve a lot.

Hello, we just stayed at this hotel 5 nights. Had booked a superior grade room and were installed in a lower grade room. We quickly understood the difference because this first night, it was white, view on the street very busy and noisy, even at night, windows not isolated, the impression of having left the window open, really… bad bedding. Anyway… in the morning, went to ask for a change of room, they did not seem at all surprised at our request. Responsiveness, within 10 MNS, we could choose a room of the right category and I say well "choose". By cons the bedding as bad as in the other room, flat and hard pillows. As for room service, very good. One day we didn't want to be disturbed, we placed the little sign (do not disturb) on the door. Not disturbed, and at 7:00 p. M. An employee came to offer us clean towels! We found this professional. So mixed opinion. Here. Thank you for lû me. Nice day.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Caffè in the morning very thin there you better go into an AR. Great view at breakfast on the 7th floor. Staff all very friendly.

During my tour of tourism the place was at 100, its location is very good because it allows to visit from there many places of interest, also this close to the central Station (end).
The disposition to serve is complete, they had the detail to enlist us a stiff to carry when they learned of our departure to the dawn.

A marble foyer, a bright Airy room and a good location, do not make up for human hairs in the HARD bed and hair and grease in the bathtub. Super yuck! Shame on them. They have correctly addressed the difficult subjects and let slip the easy ones, successfully snatching defeat from the jaws of Victory. I'm Never going back.

Good value for money Nice bed and pillows. If it is complete there is trouble finding table the breakfast if you are going late. Near downtown, 15 minutes Fontana di Trevi.

The hotel Diana Comodo well located clean good breakfast. Not worth the lunch and dinner is a genuine birria.

Definitely a quality hotel! I stayed here for 5 nights this week, and am impressed by the complimentary snacks that get re-filled every day, the perfectly sized room for 1, and the decor! The breakfast each morning was beautiful, and the roof garden the same. A couple of minor bumps in the road, like the temperature changer not working for the air-con, leading to me overheating during the night.

Great location in central Rome. Rooms small but clean and well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Very easy to access the Metro and rail link to the airport. Buffet breakfast have good choices — easy to stuff self to save eating out so much later. Very good food choices nearby also. Staff helpful and friendly. Not the cheapest, but good location means savings on time and travel. Prices comparable to equivalent in London.

I stayed here a few months ago and loved it. The hotel was in a perfect location for transport to sights and within walking distance to places too. The mini bar had free drinks and snacks which was perfect for when we set off on our days out. The staff were welcoming when we saw them and the breakfast was nice too. The room was small but as we were out exploring all day it was fine for what we needed and it was modern and clean.

We had an issue with our airbnb and had to find a new place to sleep ASAP. We stopped by multiple hotels on the street and no one even checked their computer to see if they had any available rooms. Hotel Diana was the only one to do so. They were extremely accommodating! They serve breakfast and even had a computer available so I could print my airline boarding passes. The rooms are pretty nice and the mini bar is free (Pepsi and water in ours). Would 10/10 recommend.

To the Owner, the CEO, the board of directors, the share holders, the staff and most importantly the customers and future customers of hotel Diana. I also wish I could give the customer service of this hotel a 0. I arrived back to the hotel late after a long day on tour. I called reception to ask for a bowl, a plate and some cutlery as I was leaving early in the morning and wanted to make some 2 minute noodles as I needed to pack. The person at the reception had no interest in helping. He said "call the bar" fair enough no problems I then asked him for the number of the bar he said he didnt know and told me to look it up myself. As a person working at the reception you should know the number of the bar or even having the courtesy to look it up. When the bar person got to the room he came with a plate a knife and a fork. I asked him if I also can have a bowl. He replied back saying the hotel has no bowls and the next time I called I would be charged a room service fee. I was shocked by this. As a hotel who prides itself in being 4 stars have no bowls and should not charge just for a plate, knife and fork to be brought to the room. This should be apart of the room service im paying for each day. The reception staff and bell boys are the first point of contact with the customers therefore more attention is required from them. Other then that the hotel was not bad, good location, cleaning staff was friendly and more helpful then the reception.

Wish I could give this place zero stars! The people at the front desk have absolutely no concept of customer service. Do not stay at this place if you care anything about hospitality or good service. Julia, the receptionist, was the worst human being I have ever come across. My family and I came on this trip through make a wish foundation. My 13 year old cousin was diagnosed with lymphoma and chemotherapy took a toll on him mind and body. We were excited about going to Italy, in hopes of it cheering him up. Make a wish foundation booked two rooms for my family of 6, but we were traveling as a family of 8. The people at reception said the extra two people were not able to stay the night as the reservations were just for 6 people, two of whom were babies. Julia's already sullen attitude became even worse when she noticed we were actually 8 instead of 6 as the reservation started. Her whole demeanor became worse!. My uncle asked for an additional room for the additional guests. Julia shut the idea down immediately saying all rooms were sold out. She kept insisting my uncle pay an additional $150 for each adult staying. My uncle was outraged and called the make a wish representative pleading for another hotel but she couldn't make any other arrangements. She called the hotel herself, and miraculously, a room freed up!

Important position, because after a few meters, you have the opportunity to be in front of Termini station. Very modern rooms, equipped and clean. Stocked and good quality breakfast.

I stayed in a double room, well maintained and of excellent finish. Beautiful The Roof Garden also in the evening allows you to enjoy the open air of a piano bar and really pleasant situation. In the morning however a few seats for breakfast, especially if the outside temperature is not so hot and staying on the porch is not pleasant at all.

Usually we use X business meeting and we stay. Nice rooms, wonderful staff, great reception and professionalism. 2 steps from Termini and the center.

The 4 star hotel very comfortable, very beautiful, and perfect location. Within 5 minutes you can reach the bus and subway station, so you can get where you want to go. There are plenty of shops around, some shops are small, but they are very useful, they are at the same level, it can provide food, wine and other commodities.

Only a few days we were in this hotel, and I recommend it to you for everything, your staff stays perfect, location, breakfast but it can not be, finally the only downside is tax attached to the hotels of 6 euros per person per night, which the hoteliers themselves are discussed with the competent authority ' to find it abusive thing that I agree with them, I believe that a people have gone all perfect.
