Had a brief stay at Hotel Flower Garden. Short walk from the train station. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and excellent staff. We had a small issue with our shower drain which was fixed very quickly when we brought it up to the front desk. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place close to train station.

One of the worst places I've stayed. In fact. I only did one night of the three I had paid. Mold in Bath. Ceilings. Deformed furniture.

I stayed one night at this hotel, very clean, the breakfast nn is super assorted, but the staff and attentive and courteous, and very close to the term station, you can walk safely.

Good points: near the Termini Station, helpful and friendly English speaking front desk, decent breakfast & firm comfortable mattress. Bad points: noisy area & bathroom is not too clean.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the wonderful staff at Hotel Flower Garden. We chose the hotel because it's one of the few hotels that guarantee a hassle free checking after midnight. The location couldn't be better, with close proximity to Termini whilst still being on the "right" side of the tracks for easy access to all the main sights. There are direct buslines from the main sights to the hotel and transportation tickets are sold at the reception, so you can easily plan your day to walk as far as you wish and then take a ride back to the hotel. The service was impeccable. I forgot my jacket after checking out, and after returning to the hotel it took just a few minutes for the maid to fetch it for me – with a smile. The staff was wonderful, all of the people who we interacted with. The only downside to the hotel are the rooms. The rooms have bad sound proofing and the decor is old and dated. However, there were no signs of mustiness and no mold to which I'm sensitive, so it was perfectly fine for me. All in all, a wonderful stay and I heartwarmingly recomend the hotel to everyone, except perhaps light sleepers.

Great hotel. Rooms on the smaller size, but the rooms are clean and the location (near Termini station) is great. Hotel has a free phone with unlimited free calls and data that you can take with you to get directions and recommendations. The staff is nice and the included breakfast is good too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that's visiting Rome.

Good hotel for travellers who want to take some days in this nice city. This hotel has quite good connections as Termini is close.

Stayed with family and good place. Very conveniently located in the city centre. Grocery stores near by and great choice of restaurants. Safe place to stay with family. Breakfast was limited option but was good, especially the coffee. Would stay again!

An impeccable welcome, such a portable set has available, a full breakfast. Room on the street a bit noisy but not very gave.

Very convenient Hotel for Termini station. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a smartphone available for guests to call. In the street there are several restaurants including a good local Roman kitchen right in front. The breakfast is average, could maybe be cared for more.

Its Nice location 5 min walk to termimi where you find all Public transport. Room is totaly standard, minibar safe TV and we got free Wi-Fi now. And its clean. Staff speak good English and gives you the info you need, the staff is exelent. Beakfast is okey not so many options maybe but totaly exetable, as in:) its no luxury hotel but I have no problem to recomand this hotel.

icing on the cake, we receive a detailed plan of Rome very useful as well as the
information about public transport. The hotel is very well kept, clean. The
staff is efficient. The breakfast is decent and plentiful.
The situation of the hotel is impeccable, 5 minutes from all transport.

Centrally located 3-star hotel with friendly staff and we had a continental breakfast thrown in w/ the room — Wi-Fi however, costs extra and is available from reception; I didn't bother paying for their Wi-Fi, as there were quite a few free spots in the local vicinity. The room itself was decent sized, w/ the usual amenities: a safe in the closet, a TV, and a minibar in the fridge — the bathroom was clean, shower worked, nice and hot, so no issues there. The continental breakfast offered breads, cereals, yogurt, fruit cocktail and eggs (hopefully not at the same time! ) and was pretty good — the only gripe: there were no cold meats on offer, but maybe that's just me being greedy! The serve-yourself hot drinks machine actually spat out some nice coffee and we were happy. Staff were efficient, approachable and the Italian concierge spoke excellent English, the Oriental room attendants could understand better than they could speak, but their English was good enough to convey a message, especially when mixed w/ the exaggerated gesticulation that is seen in Roma as a whole! The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the nearest Metro station and a 5-minute walk to the main train station (Stazione Termini), which was where our coach dropped us off from the airport, so it's easy to get around. All in all, we were happy w/ this hotel and would return in future visits to the city, so I would happily recommend it on.
