Seven minutes from Termini Station by way of Viaj Cavour. Beautiful in every way. Quality fixtures, elegant and new with views of the Plaza. This is my go to hotel in Rome. On the fourth floor by elevator. In a historic property. Discreet elegance. Reception welcoming and helpful. Perfect English. Tea and coffee in room. Safe. Cappuccino and Espresso in breakfast area. Close to two metro stations. Bed and linens first class. Viva la Princeps!

Great hotel within 15 minute walk of most of the major sites in Rome. Staff was very helpful and the rooms are very nice. My favorite hotel during our stay in Italy.

You have welcome free mini bar including 6 drinks after arriving. Kettle inside each room. Breakfast is included. Staff is friendly. Had a good stay overall.

Extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay. Rooms where modern comfortable and clean. Staff really go the extra mile for there guests. Alas we only stayed for one night. We left early in the morning but left our bags at the hotel. We then went and explored Rome. We got very wet as it was raining hard. When we returned to collect our bags we were asked if we would like to stay and dry off and where given coffee, we did not at all expect this and where extremely grateful. Thanks for making our brief stay in Rome so lovely.

Clean rooms, boutique means you will have to miss things like a swimming pool.

Very lovely and convenient location about 10 minutes walking to Rome Termini. Tall ceilings in rooms makes them feel very grand and much bigger than they are. Comfy beds and modern amenities. There is a bit of street noise but that's to be expected.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Rome's central station and 10 mins walk to the colosseum; friendly and helpful staff who helped with transport to Sorrento and all you can eat breakfast with delicious mozzarella and prosciutto. I would highly recommend!

Quite unique hotel. Especially it is difficult to find a main entrance at night.

Bit hard to find this hole in the wall hotel, but they provide a great service!

We got a free upgrade to the junior suite and it was wonderful. Very spacious and a comfortable bed as well as being close to the main train station and walking distance from all the tourist spots. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room is well equipped with a nice bed, big shower and a good size. There is free coffee, water and Wi-Fi and we had breakfast included which was also very nice. Location is good, approx 20min walk to the colloseum and 45min walk to The Vatican. Overall excellent stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay modern and clean rooms. Perfect location walking distance to most major attractions. Such friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Can't wait to stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Staff where great, especially the lady receptionist who gave us great information on how to navigate the city. Breakfast was good and location was perfect.

Awesome place to stay. The location is spot on. We walked from termini to the hotel. It's also close to the colosseum and has a hot coffee machine throughout the day which was godsend. The breakfast spread was good and yummy. Highly recommended!

Good location near Termini and Cavour metro. In 20 min walk will take you to the Colosseum or Pantheon. Brand new hotel, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Board rooms with views of Santa Maria Maggiore.

Fairly decent place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning is decent (scrambled eggs and bacon plus cereal and fruits and pastry etc. ) This is a recently renovated hotel located on the 4th floor of a building. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because of the sewerage smell in the room if you don't leave the window open or air con on.

The staff were brill especially our smiley lady who greeted us — forgot to ask her name — missing your smiley face already. Rooms lovely, warm, clean, quiet. Breakfast delicious. Location excellent, right by tour bus stop. Free Wi-Fi, telephone calls and hot drink when you get in from sightseeing. So welcoming, I will book here again when in Rome. Thank you for a great stay.
