ABSOLUTELY PUTRID smell coming from the drains in the bathroom says free breakfast but not the case due to making one small mistake on the booking and a free breakfast is not free if it is charged to your room cost THE SHOWER is only big enough for a hampster and not anything else and the shower head is like taking shower under a pressure washer (great water pressure just seems to come out of a few select holes) the room is tiny, the bed is rock hard and every night at 3 am in the morning they pick up the rubbish for 15 mins it sounds like somebody running finger nails down a chalkboard x 50 as somebody doesn't know how to use a grease gun and the rubbish truck has an extremely dry joint and every time it is activated (every 5 seconds on a constant cycle) it sounds like banshee flying through your room and to top it off the hotel does have double glazing in the room but does nothing to block the noise due a couple of small panes if glass in huge wooden doors and to insult to injury because we are next to a huge theater and on a side street at 6 am in the morning it takes another 10 mins to empty all the bottles into another truck I am not one to usually complain or write a post but I thought it worth doing to help others not go through the same misery do yourself self a favor and avoid this place like the plague I also only gave one star so I could post this review should have an option for no stars.

The location is great. In direct proximity to Termni station, Piazza Della Repubblica and right off Via Nationale, which can lead you just about anywhere in the sightseeing area. Within reasonable walking distance of everything and very convenient public transit to anywhere — metro and buses. The hotel has 3 stars and I found it to be on the pricey side for early October. If you book through the right website, you can get extra miles for the booking. It is located on two floors — the 2nd and 4th. Free, reliable Wi-Fi with okay speed. They reception desk is staffed 24 hours, which was a big selling point for me and the staff is lovely (unless you wake them up in the middle of the night for something, then they get a bit testy). They ask you to leave them the key when you go out. If you are arriving before noon, request an early check in and they will accommodate you if there is a room available. Rooms are on the small side but have a small balcony and a huge window. Noisy street until about 3 am. Hard wood floors so no dirty carpet. The bathrooms definitely need updating but they are kept clean. Small shower. No new sheets unless you pay extra, but clean towels every day. This is a boutique hotel so they don't have a kitchen. Breakfast is tea, coffee, cappuccino, bread and butter, cream cheese, pate, jams, Nutella, pastries, sweet bread, fruit yogurt, fresh fruit, cornflakes, or granola. It's decent enough. This is Rome, there is fantastic food everywhere.

Only one good thing for this hotel is the location the rest is absolutely disgusting! Rooms are very small, dirty and everything is broken! The sink was broken, water was not passing through and we had a little pond in the shower! Shower was small and almost everything broken (good water pressure if it will help)! Air conditioner was not working properly. Also very important thing you have to remember is that pictures you see on the add are not the real rooms! For that price you can get better hotel just next door! Gaetano was a great receptionist! Good man but bad place to work bro!

Describing single room in 2nd floor. Rooms are small but clean enough. If you have a small balcony you can smoke on it alone, another person probably wouldn't fit. I got 3 nights for 200eur and considering booking was made on Jan 31 that seems like a decent deal. Metro is around the corner and its the same libe to Vatican. Termini station is 8 min walk so location is very decent. Would recommend for someone who just needs to sleep and isn't fancy. Customer service was pleasant.

Stay away from 4th floor rooms. Very small rooms, the bathroom seems to be a phone box. Don't even expect too much for the breakfast. At least the staff is very kind.

Old but clean and tidy. Precise management.

Terrible and dishonest hotel. Avoid. They lied about the accommodations and the AC did not work.

Very practical, basic, tidy and a good location near the metro and the Cplosseo.

I stayed here with my partner for 12 days. The staff were very friendly and eagre to help. We received multiple maps with directions each time we asked for somewhere. The breakfast was quite "preselected" and not really much choice or options, but for something small before going out it's fine. Similar with the rooms. It has all the essentials and is cleaned every day when you are out, fresh towels and so forth. It's a bit small and you can't do a lot in them but we were exploring different cities all day long and didn't spend much time in the hotel. The rooms have a tv, hair dryer (which doesn't work particularly well, blows cold air almost) and internet access (Wi-Fi), cupboards and 1 socket for electrical items (charge cell phone etc). The shower was a bit small and once or twice the power decided to fail in our room for a short period. Despite this, the price was fine and the location is great. It's a 1 minute walk to termini station and you have all the bus, metro and train access to everywhere at your finger tips. This place isn't the best but we found it a very enjoyable and friendly stay.

We were fortunate to find this great hotel on the reviews of other travel sites. We booked the terrace room because it was our first and maybe only trip to Italy and I wanted to splurge some. We were given room 403. It is the corner room on the 4th floor with the round balcony. The room was a nice size with plenty of storage for our several suitcases and comfortable balcony that we greatly enjoyed. The hotel is very convenient to the Republicca Metro and termini is a short walk away. The staff was always friendly, smiling and very helpful. We had read that the breakfast was minimal, but we were pleasantly surprised to find meat and cheese along with the danish and juices. We had also heard that the bathroom and shower were very small. Maybe other rooms are, but ours was more than adequate. Neither of us are small people and we had plenty of room in the shower to wash and rinse well. There were always extra clean towels and they kept it clean and fresh. If I ever get a chance to go back to Rome, I will book with them again, no hesitation at all. I have pictures I will try to link or upload. This room, 403, I think, is capable of sleeping 3 as the sofa was a pull-out bed that looked like it would sleep another person. I also knew the gentleman staying in 404, a single room and it was small with a fairly large cabinet to store the suitcases and clothes, same as in our room, with just enough room to walk around the bed.
