Nice, clean and affordable. They clean the room each day and offer fruits, beverages, coffee and fresh pie for free.

After landing in Roma, this was our first B&B location. It was very well appointed with a pastry, coffee, teas, and fruits. There are 4 rooms total in this B&B. We had a bathroom within our room.

I found myself very well nice structure great kind personal restaurant.

I had a great weekend at this cosy well-located b&b. The helpfuness of the sweet owners made my stay in Rome truly enjoyable. I can highly recommend this place if you are visiting Rome.

Considering the price it’s a great option — the breakfast was nice, the coffee machine worked well, we booked the connected rooms and had 2 single-bed and 1 double bed. It’s also clean inside.

This is a great hotel in Rome, situated a bit away from the city center, which I actually appreciate.

We stayed in room 824, which is on the side of the building. Perfectly quiet, amazing view, elevator available, if needed.

The Hotel San Anselmo is our "home away from home" when visiting Italy. We have stayed there three times now, and each time, we have found it to be an absolute treat.

Amazing hotel! Staff were so helpful, the room was spotless! Would definitely stay here again. Literally a 10 minute walk to trevi fountain, lots of shops, cafes and bars nearby.

Our stay at Suite della Pigna was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.

Nicely landscaped villa with a pool. I was staying here to attend a conference at a hotel about 1km away, the rooms were really clean and comfortable.

I was attending a conference at the nearby Mercure which was fully booked and I stumbled on this gem about a kilometre away.

We needed a place to stay for two nights, befor we could get into our rental in Rome. As a member of the Accorhotels bonusclub, I always look at the app, to see if Accor has something to offer.

Only the location was a bit of a mistake, as train in Italy is very bad.
The rooms was at a good size and main bed was nice. But the sleeping sofas were not so pleasant.

Great restaurant especially for good meat and first cooked with typically local products staff very helpful and ready for any eventuality an excellent restaurant.

Excellent home cooking, exquisite grilled meat, nice place, quaint, welcoming, air-conditioned and recently renovated, very kind and helpful staff.

Be sure you know what you want. This is not a luxury hotel. But it is a clean, comfortable local pensione with lots of charm. Rooms are small but well maintained.

Great localisation! The room was very nice, clean, and with a hairdryer :) I loved croissants for breakfast. People who work there were very nice, helpful, and professional.

Stayed late June 2023 and room was very clean and comfortable with a family of 3. Air conditioning worked great as we slept very comfortably.
