Conviently situated within 3 minutes walk of the Ottavia train station, with a number of shops, cafes and takeaways within a short walking distance. The place is immaculately clean and tidy.

Nice room, great location. A 15-minute walk to the Vatican, a bus stop opposite the building and a train station 500 meters away. Next to Carrefour, a pharmacy, great pubs.

We enjoyed 5 Days of hiliday in a sple'did Renovated appartement. Nice room with all services, good breakfast, and very well located near the metro and a commercial gallery with also a supermarkt.

It is the second time we stay with Marcus and we will surely come back. I preferred the room 3 to room 2 even though it is much smaller.

We stayed at B&B Easy – and yes, it really was easy to get to! The location is excellent, especially for getting around Rome.

Our first 2 nights in Italy were here. Perfect location to explore on foot away from the very crowded locations.

We were three adults, staying in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed that turned into a double bed. With the sofa bed made up, the room (and bathroom) were very small.

Very good place to stay in Rome although it is located on the fifth floor.

We spent the evening of the 31st in this beautiful structure immersed in the village of Rocca Massima. The dinner was greatly appreciated, generous and quality portions.

A beautiful stone house with a magical atmosphere, surrounded by olive trees, exotic plants, and a lovely grapevine canopy.

Nice stay. Friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but enough. The pastries were delicious. We brought our dog and they were very accommodating.

I was there only to have dinner at the restaurant, not to spend the night in the hotel. I have to say that the pasta (rigatone alla carbonara e tartufo) was absolutely delicious.

Our stay at the First Roma Arte was one for the books. This was our anniversary trip and the hotel and its staff have exceeded all the expectation.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was incredible. The staff were amazing and welcoming. Anna did an amazing job of welcoming us and providing us with an amazing experience. Ronaldo is incredible.

My husband, and adult son, stayed at this hotel and it was perfect. We didn't use the in room sauna (too busy), but the in room espresso maker that we loved.

Perfect area to be within walking distance of a lot of key tourist locations. Within 10 minutes of Trevi fountain, 5 minutes of Spanish steps, 25 minutes colosseum, and many many more.

The property is nice. May need a little updating but nothing major. Loved the wood accents in the room. Didn’t like the shower (too small). The restaurant was far and away the highlight of our stay.

Lovely, large, well-appointed room. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. Breakfast was lovely the coffee was delicious. The room was spotlessly clean and refreshed each day. The host was charming.

Great time jam packed 4 days. Guided tour of Colusium, Panthion and Vatican. Need good walking shoes, walked from Vatican to Colosium via Trevi Fountain after 3 hour tour of that. Beautiful city.

The location was great, so I could easily visit many tourist spots. It’s also close to the terminal station, which made it very convenient to get to the airport.

Hotel is a bit dated but that said we paid a fair price for 3 Dinner B&B. Rooms clean and food ok. No coffee making in rooms.

Excellent for the location, as it is very central. In the evening we had dinner at the La Vecchia Pesa restaurant, inside the park.
