Nice place. Friendly staff. Close to train station and supermarket. Wifi was really weak in room 414. Elevator broke down during our stay. No coffee in the room. Breakfast needs sausages and eggs.

This hotel, just a 4-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica Square, is an ideal place of rest for pilgrims traveling in groups. The rooms, though slightly small, are practical and comfortable.

The hosts were fantastic. Great communication, and very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at San Lorenzo One, The location is excellent, close to public transport, Termini station, and many cafés and restaurants in the lively San Lorenzo area.

The location of the hotel is convenient and close to major tourist attractions. Everything is so organized and clean inside the hotel.

It's a great hostel with great staff running it and in a great location. The facilities and rooms are very good, too. I don't know why people complain about nonsense.

Lovely lady on reception was very helpful, **cash only though** which if turning up late you should bare in mind as I had to walk around abit to find a working cash point, bathroom was reasonably

Went to Rome in the summer with Costco Travel and stayed at this hotel. This hotel was the most convenient hotel there.

Brilliant position, easy access to rail and also ‘hop on hop off’ bus, useful if walking is not your thing, otherwise 20 minute walk to most attractions.

We booked to stay after our flight was cancelled. They were v organised — arranged a pick up from the airports (15 mins) and to get back there the next morning at 5:15.

There were some issues while I was staying for 2nights, but all fixed.
The blocked drain, fixed next day.
The hot shower problem, fixed in few hours.

Yes we my wife was there great place I can't describe.

We have used Florian's Rooms for 3 night and everything was perfect. I was able to book it last minutes. (2 day's before using it) The check-in at the Florian's Cafe with Cosimo was flawless.

Room was spacious and lovely, cleaned everyday while we were away. We had to stay an extra night and they were flexible with making last minute accomodations for us. Tasty breakfast!
