Lovely hotel, clean, nice breakfast and excellent location. Only fault would be room a little dark but in no way spoilt our time there. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in an annex room, which feels somewhere between an Airbnb, hostel, and hotel room. You do not get the feeling that you are staying at a hotel, both from amenities and security. You need four unique keys to gain access to the building and room. Additionally, the staff was not very warm and welcoming. We had asked for a bucket of ice to cool down a bottle of prosecco, and you'd have thought we asked for their first born. The room also did not have an iron, something pretty standard for travelers. They had a communal iron, which was somewhere behind the main hotel reception. To use it, we had to go out through our labrinth of doors, stairs, and elevators, and outside. Certainly not convenient to carry clothes. Finally, half the lights didn't work in the room. We tried calling the front desk and didn't get an answer ever, so we just dealt with it.

Hotel in the heart of the old town, very close to Piazza Montecitorio. It's a 15-minute walk to the Spain metro stop. The hotel has well-appointed common spaces with a bar serving great cocktails. Rooms have modern décor though some don't have the bathroom body sufficiently insulated from the body of the room. Breakfast is continental and the price for staying there is a bit high.

Loved this hotel! It is located in the quieter part of town (away from these swarms of tourists) but minutes away from all main attractions. Room was on the smaller side (all rooms in Europe are) but very clean and functional. Welcoming staff up front and good breakfast in the morning. Better come here without a car because the only parking nearby gets quite expensive. There is a restaurant across the street (Obica) that is very good — ate there 3 times during our 2 day stay.

A very convenient hotel in Rome downtown, comfortable and giving great access to all what must be seen in Rome, as well as excellent for any business meeting purposes, being located near the Senate and close to the Parliament and related offices. Spacious and refined at the entrance, it has good quality rooms with large baths. Breakfast is served in nice and large rooms on the ground floor, offering a variety of food and beverages. The personnel is very kind and English — speaking. The lift is a bit old, and may take some time to wait, but of course within reasonable time. Excellent choice for both tourists and businessmen.

Nice room… Clean, clean look, modern, comfortable firm beds, great 2-way shower, separate toilet and wash sink area, great AC which was much appreciated in the middle of July. Breakfast was included and I would give it 2 stars at best, the weakest part of our stay. The food and selection was ok, the service was not. It felt as though the breakfast staff was understaffed… Or they weren't using their time effectively. If you eat breakfast here, be sure to look closely at your cups and silverware, because 50% of the time it didn't even look like it had been washed, disgusting. I think this aspect could use better organization, presentation and execution. The staff at the front desk tended to be a bit stuffy from time to time but mostly good and helpful. The most helpful gentleman was the man who carried our bags to the room. Location is great. You can walk to all major attractions and popular streets without having to live on or near one. Great location, but that is of course subjective.

One of the finest place to stay in the heart of Rome. Housed in the 17th century building, the warmth and smile of everyone you would interact in the Hôtel, will enhance your experience of visiting this eternal city. As a travel professional and having stayed in various hotels across the world, I can say that
I would cherish this stay all my life.

Very nice Hotel in the center of Rome within walking distance of all the main attractions of the city. Comfortable Rooms, great bed and modern ambience. One flaw in the breakfast room. When full It is very chaotic and small.

Cozy upscale hotel very well located to visit many key places, monuments, shopping streets, landmark buildings. In addition not too close to noisy strets. We stayed at junior suite for a good price ' cos Tuesday prices are lower (might chance depending on season). Buffet breakfast is good enough to boost energy before commencing your day of activities. Key building very close is "Parlamento" italiano. We highly recommend.

Great hotel, food was excellent, the service was great however the staff serving breakfast could have been a little better… I asked for a cappuccino but I think the woman forgot so I had to ask again. Waited 15-20mins on my hot drink… Apart from that small minor detail, which is probably a one off, the place is excellent and is in the best location for discovering Rome.

Rooms are small but clean and modern. Shower is big with great water pressure. Is walkable to nearby sites like the Pantheon, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Unfortunately about 13 minute walk to nearest metro station. Bus service is within 3 minutes walk but it's not covered by many routes. The in-hotel breakfast is pretty good.

Central hotel within walking distance to this magnificent city main attractions. Adequate room area and spacey bathroom, clean and to top it all, very courteous staff. Will be more than happy to return.

Great location hotel & staff very helpful.

This is a quality hotel in a marvelous location in downtown Rome. Rooms were very clean and our girls were thrilled to have bunk beds. Large bathroom with plenty of pressure and hot water. Breakfast was tasty and the staff very helpful. There's not much to the little fitness room and it wasn't air-conditioned. Not a big deal as we ended up getting plenty of exercise walking all over the city, The gin bar is very cool. Lots of comfy seating. I've never been a gin guy but the bartender introduced me to a couple labels that were quite good. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

A nice and inexpensive hotel in the centre of Rome.

C is the second time I come to the hotel Adriano and my assessment does not vary. The reception is excellent the room staff like the one from the front desk is nice and very professional. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel conveniently located for a more contemporary visit to this city with thousands faces.

Great location Large rooms and great buffet breakfast. Excellent Gin Bar, 110 bottles for all tastes. One triple room paid € 90/night.

What about? A show.
I was in Rome during the holidays of Epiphany 3 days with my friends and my boyfriend. The house is beautiful, completely new, cared for in every detail, modern and tastefully furnished.
The room was very clean The location is just a few minutes from the metro station of San Giovanni, so very central.
The spaces were divided in a very intelligent, two bathrooms equipped with every comfort, spacious bedrooms, and the super equipped living kitchen that allows you quietly to cook at home in comfort.
A detail not negligible: The kindness of the owner of Casa Maria, an exquisite person, available to accept any request and at any time.
We were very happy and definitely going back!

We stayed at this hotel in the center of Rome for 3 nights, for a short holiday before Christmas. I must confess that we had chosen it for the literary name (from the Book of M. Yourcenar) and we had opted for a ' deluxe ' room as we often do. Already on the phone were very nice and when we arrived the room we were very impressed: spotless, spacious, equipped with all the comforts, quiet, excellent and ample bed. We slept so well that we thought we would find a breakfast parca, as often happens in Italian hotels. But there was everything there, too: cakes, cakes, biscuits, rusks, bread, rosette, fruit, cereals, yogurt, canned fruit, tea, coffee, juices, chocolate, milk, and of course bacon, boiled and scrambled eggs, cheese and ham cooked, raw and Roast. Also the staff of the room very kind: costs lower than the quality experienced (at least this season). We definitely go back!

We have had a lovely experience so far. After a small mix-up with our airport pickup, the front desk attendants urged us to rest in the peaceful lobby while we waited for our room to be ready. Not only did they put us in a gorgeous room overlooking a pretty street, but also we were able to check into the room two hours early. We were exhausted from the flight, so this was a welcome surprise. When we returned from dinner last night, we found a dish full of fresh fruit and coffee mints. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and quiet alley-way restaurants, and we've had a good experience with the friendly staff. This is a perfect choice and a good value for Rome.

Unexpected great hotel! My first reaction on the room was it was really clean. I think I've never seen a cleaner room in a hotel before. Sure, rooms are small. But do you really need more space? Breakfast was good. Staff is nice. Location is also good, it's near all tourist places. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel in which I always return with pleasure when travelling to Rome. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with all facilities and great breakfast. Strategic location, is well connected and ideal for those who need to travel in the city by day and evening.

Very nice location but led rooms are ugly and small.

Good location but private evenings organized without warning guests with intense music until 11:45 as I go downstairs explain that I had paid to sleep and come to visit Rome early morning and not for a disco. So choose another hotel in this area well located.

Very good film. Recently renovated and functional, perhaps the only chain Ferrero Cinemas to be so well equipped.
Recommended.

Probably the most famous multiplex cinema at the Centre, is in an area full of locals (for dinner or aperitif annex), quite modern and satisfying movie experience. Maybe a little expensive. Parking is facilitated by the new underground facility beneath piazza Cavour.

Maybe a bit pricey for the ticket, but the property is very large and well organized. Unlike as often happens in many movies, the show is preceded only by some trailer and then begin the screening of the film. The large number of salt ensures the possibility to find any movie is just out in theaters.

Multiplex cinema. The place is historic, in the past also hosted a show by the Beatles … Now it's a cinema that makes giver also of fine initiatives such as Marathons … the last one of the hobbit.

Because it is in a wonderful environment and the cinema is equipped with all comforts. Nice movie and good acoustics.

Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious for staying in the centre of Rome with most major sites in walking distance. Staff are all helpful and at night is quite.

Rooms not good. Small, floor dirty and not quiet. Although upgraded to a bigger one but which was in a strange apartment. Not satisfied for my honey moon trip.

Great hotel, perfect location — if your cab driver can find it! Breakfast is plentiful, if a bit chaotic at times (avoid between 8 and 9 if you can). Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet.

Hotel is very well placed. Clean and very quiet (room on the side of course) with breakfast. 2 m walk from pantheon, piazza Montecitorio, Galleria Alberto Sordi, 10 min walk to Piazza Venezia.
