Lovely Staff… very helpful… great, great location… but it's not what we consider a 4 star hotel and I really wish it was. The rooms are a bit small. We had to pay an additional $1000.00 just to switch to a room that made us feel a bit more comfortable. I think it's just a little to "boutique" for our taste. I couldn't help but think of ways I would update the decore if I owned it. We probably won't stay here again… but really, really appreciated all the kindness of the staff. The front desk guys are the ABSOLUTE best. Perhaps the accommodations would be great for someone else… so if your not as picky as us 5 star New Yorkers… give this place a shot. Thanks for our first experience in Rome… No regrets… just learning experiences. Xoxo.

Lovely Staff… very helpful… great location… but it's not a 4 star hotel and I really wish it was. The rooms are very small and the condition is just not what my husband and I are use to as we would never stay at anything less than a 4 star. We will not stay here again… but appreciated all the kindness of the staff.
