Great place with very affordable price. The rooms were very comfortable and Most importantly very clean. The location was very convenient walking distance from the Spanish steps. Lovely staff. Good service. We would definitely stay there again.

I discovered this beautiful location by accident during my research to find a special place to celebrate with my friends the birthday of 30 years. Not a normal birthday but a tris-birthday because to celebrate we were in 3! Well what about… the elegance and sophistication of the place just see the photos, but I want to congratulate especially the staff who made this special occasion and cared for in all details, from the family welcome albeit in an exclusive location (what Absolutely not obvious), to the food (excellent and plentiful aperitif buffet) to the cocktails. I highly recommend it to organize a private party even for small groups.

Attention, the hotel is located on a pedestrian street, park somewhere in the neighborhood and go to the hotel walk. Even if you have a suitcase. Good place to stay in the center. The single reception desk distributes the guests by the rooms equipped in the neighboring buildings. In the booklet there is a INFA, that you can visit the spa cent of the neighboring hotel for a surcharge or a gym of another hotel) ) The rooms are compact, the renovation is fresh. But as in any, even quite good not network hotel there are small and sometimes silly shortcomings. In the restroom is a large comfortable sink and tiny with a short spout mixer, which is not clear logic. It's just that nobody thought about it. Well, read and hope to change;)

This was our third stay at Babuino 181 and we love this place! The rooms are beautiful, the beds super comfortable, the hotel is quiet despite being in an active zone, and the concierges are so lovely! We will be back!

Great location. The suites are good with all necessary facilities. The small bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift was a nice touch.

Very good but be careful with the noise of the street! Ask for a room that no street.

What a wonderful place to stay in Rome. We stayed here whilst on our honeymoon. The rooms were very well appointed, the Nespresso machine is a nice touch, it certainly got some us. The happy hour on the roof terrace was fantastic surprise. Amazing place, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend. We will be back!

I dnt like this place. If it wasn't for its location I would've rates half a star if there is. TV never works I cut my finger with the door handle, that is a very sharp metal The room walls are very thin you can hear every single word your neighbors are saying.

Good location, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean, bathroom very nice, thoughtful service, is one of the best locations in Rome. We loved staying here, also liked the owner printed brochures and maps, is really nice, very practical gift.

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Location is superb, clean modern and spacious rooms. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Probably the best in town right now.
