Front desk was top notch! Location was very central to all the sites we wanted to see. Breakfast was tasty and very convenient. If your considering this hotel, look no further.

A very nice hotel that has staff that go that extra step to make your stay that little bit more special. The rooms are a good size and very modern but the TV in our room had poor reception on a number of channels and there's no door between the bedroom and shower room (which we found odd). Neither of these things detracted from how good our stay was.

Pros: chic modern decor, clean and spacious room, air con is cool enough, helpful staff, good location, not too touristy Cons: Room 207 is very noisy as it faces the main street with lots of cars passing by even in the middle of the night, so disturbing! Managed to change our room facing courtyard the next day, so relieved. There are strange lights in the room here and there that cannot be turned off, and I am the kind if person who prefers complete darkness to sleep so it was kind of nuisance to me. Glasses need to be requested, otherwise they have paper cups in the room with only. Conclusion: not too value for money but I know the hotel price is generally fairly high in Rome.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very nice and accommodating. We arrived earlier than our check in but the hotel checked in our luggage which was nice so we could roam around the city. It was also nice that they put our luggage in our room when we arrived back for the night. The room was very nice as well. The hotel even gave us an umbrella which was nice when it started to rain outside. The staff was very friendly and hands down I would say here again when I come back to Rome. It was a 10 minute walk to the colosseum and easy access to the subway which was about 5 minutes walking. The only thing I missed was the breakfast since I wasn’t able to wake up with the time change.

Some of the reception staff were not friendly at all, I booked and paid for executive spacious room but I was given a small regular room with windows to inside and they claimed it was executive room Cleaning was alwais done in the late afternoon although I always leave the clean room sign since morning and despite numerous calls to vlean room I really did not get value for my money and was scammed. Never recommend such hotel to anyone.

This is a great hotel in Rome, centrally located within walking distance of most (if not all) famous attractions. We walked our way to everything from the colosseum to the fountains and all the shopping in between. Staff was very nice and friendly, and rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hotel in Rione Monti the more local side of Rome. Room was very nicely furnished and free Wi-Fi and free minibar was a great touch. Breakfast is really wonderful with plenty of choice for all tastes and the Roof Terrace is highly recommended. Finally and perhaps most importantly, the hotel team are first class. Friendly, attentive and very helpful. Some local notes: we walked 10 mins from Termini Station after getting the Leonardo Express (30m) from Fiumicino. The hotel is 10/15 mins walk from most key things: trevi, pantheon, Coliseum…

Our first trip to Rome and this was a great choice to start with. The room was clean and comfortable with all our expectations met. The front desk was very helpful in providing direction and offering suggestions when we asked. Centrally located to most of the cities highlights with bus and taxi service right out front. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and thought the hotel was okay. I would give it 3 stars. The rooms appear nice and clean and the bed is comfortable. Other than this the hotel didnt have much else to offer. The front desk staff is not very good, other than saying hi and bye they didn't do much. They weren't helpful with booking a taxi or offering suggestions about various thing and the hotel does not have a concierge so we were a bit stuck at times. The only person that helped us was Simona, she was awesome! The location is good and Monti is a great area to explore!

This hotel must be well received, the location is very good, in the center of the major attractions, go out is the big road, there are buses and Bestäuber point, downstairs a variety of shops are readily available. The room is very large, very new, mini bar all free, all kinds of equipment are very complete, black and white tone overall gives a very atmosphere of the feeling, is the most important four-star chain in Rome. Only two inadequacies is, there is a foreground may be because the language does not pass slightly indifferent, but another very enthusiastic, also help me set up a VPN, the room for sound insulation is closed, but the ventilation system is good, no taste.

Our stay at the Rome Glam Hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, of decent size, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly, always willing to assist, and were able to provide quality information about the city, good restaurants, and even what taxi fares to consider reasonable. Always ask for a price before leaving with the driver! Every morning a European style buffet breakfast was served which was quite nice. There are good restaurants and shopping in the surrounding area and all the historic sites are within walking distance. Bring comfortable shoes however, because you will be doing a ton of walking! The hotel did have a few minor faults which kept me from giving it a full five stars. The bathrooms tend to have a bit of a bad smell due to no evident vent system as well as it seems that some plumbing gas is able to make its way back through the pipes. In addition to this, there is no driver available from the hotel nor any noticeable parking for those who happen to be able to drive in Italy. Overall, great stay with a few minor detractions.
