So disappointed! Had a trip booked and couldn’t go due to COVID and we are now also unable to leave Australia to travel. This is the only hotel that won’t refund us and we had 14 places booked over Portugal, Spain and Italy. Has been nearly impossible to get a response from hotel as well which is so poor when it’s a chain. I booked this hotel as a returning guest and I will never book again.

This is the best Best Western I have been to compared to the Best Western I have been to in the United States. Very modern. Very clean. Very friendly staff! Great service! Breakfast and dinner were really, really good! Kudos to Giannino who even knew it was my birthday! He served me profitero dessert with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to me in Italian during breakfast! He even made cappuccino for my husband! I just had the Caffe Americano, so I declined his offer of a cappuccino. He went above and beyond to make my birthday a very memorable one! My husband and I will definitely recommend Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina to all our friends and relatives who will ask us about our trip to Rome!

Very friendly staff, we had a room on the front wasn't noisy as expected, room was very large with a good size bathroom with bath and separate shower, very good buffet breakfast, would most certainly use again, within a few steps to the terminus for buses and trains. Well done to you all.

It's a good hotel. The LED mood lighting in red was a bit of a surprise giving the room a bit of a seedy tone but that's easily changed or turned off. Having it set to blue helps give the room a cooler feeling. Room amenities were ok. Hair dryer straighter and iron etc are availa or free from front desk. Rooms were quiet and cool. I'd stay here again.

This hotel was a great find. 1 block to the Train station, great service, comfortable bed, air conditioning that worked well (it was 36 C in Rome). Breakfast was awesome for only 5 euro extra.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well-appointed, staff is friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring Rome and the rest of Italy since it is located across from Roma Termini. The only downside is that it was a bit noisy — not from the trains but from the other rooms and corridors.

Great position near Termini Station, just two minutes walking from the Via Marsala exit of the station. The hotel is quite sad and without personality but clean. The restaurant has no windows and this is an important limitation for me.

I must speak only well of this structure. Very comfortable logistics, a hundred meters from Termini station, recently restructured, professional and helpful staff. The rooms very quiet with well kept bathrooms and, particular not of little account, mattresses and pillows very comfortable.
Breakfast with a hearty international buffet. Do not forget the indoor gym, free, personally proven.
The air conditioning is also good.

This is a hotel with some strange contradictions. It's plain facade is countered by quite pleasant interior. The rooms nice appearance is countered by closed shades (pitch black) when entering after maids are done with it. Also there was a build up of musty smell if the room was unaired/without AC for a couple of hours. On several evenings we also got to share in pretty strong smell of food. We assumed it was room service being delivered to neighbors, but the smell was coming from the bathroom. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly. I would also recommend you take up their offer of the 5€ per person breakfast. It's worth much more than that.

Very nice location. Handy for both leisure and business clients. Try their aperitivo before going out for dinner :they do an excellent Aperol Spritz there.

The hotel is very close to the main terminal which was great for getting around all the transports. Modern and the staff very friendly, the breakfast at €5 is great value. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Shuttle bus to the airport just across the road. If in Rome again would certainly book this.

Very good hotel, in a strategic area, a few steps from Termini station. Comfortable room (apart from the bathroom sink) and equipped with all the most modern facilities, rich and plentiful breakfast and person in Reception room breakfast really very nice.

This is our go to place on our trips into Rome. It is a two minute walk from Termini Station, which allows us to hop out of Rome and explore Italy and Europe. The staff is outstanding and works hard to meet your needs. We stay here every year and the only reason I do not give it 5 stars is the location, which for me when we explore Rome is off center of where we want to be. All in all, great people and property.

We always stay there every year as we transit through Roma. Great location a few steps from Roma Termini. Always made welcome. Really nice Junior Suite, well appointed.

Very comfortable Hotel. A few steps from the terms. Spacious motion. Clean and comfortable. The piece is really very interesting. I come every time for work I come to Rome because I reach it continuously if I arrive by train or by train Leonardo da Fiumicino. Amazing the possibility to change the colour of the LEDs of the furniture. He sees pictures to believe. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Only stayed overnight as in transit but I would recommend this Hotel as it is easy walking distance to Roma Termini and very central for visiting Rome monuments. Very Clean, quiet, and breakfast excellent. We went walking in the evening and felt very safe. Staff were extreemly helpful and very pleasant and we had no trouble communicating as we only speak English. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Of the times I've been to Rome this has been the best accommodation by far, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Well it is known that the hotels in the city are somewhat old, however this is new and modern. Room No. 516; Spacious, comfortable bed (180cm), bathroom with shower and bath, perfect heating, very very clean. Breakfast was not included, but it had a price of €5 and was very complete, wide and varied buffet (pastries, cakes, pancakes, Nutella, toast, jams, cereals, tortilla, cold cuts, fruit…). Excellent value for money It is located in the street of the station, perfectly communicated and it is very easy to arrive.
The reception workers are not very friendly.

Just attended conference, anyway nice Hall, kind, guest oriented receptionist. Comfort conference Hall, big, good screen. Just toilet little bit dirty. It'd be cleaned sometime during the day. Great position! 3 real minutes walking from Termini train station (the main train station in Rome! ).

The room is very good Great value for money. Free Wi-Fi and great signal in every part of the hotel. Luggage storage service and fitness area with excellent schedules. Inside the room, free of charge at guests ' disposal, an excellent smartphone with unlimited phone calls and Internet connection. I appreciated the possibility of using a PC with printer in the lobby. Another positive note the umbrellas available: small details that make a big difference making the stay perfect.

Very good location, close to the train station, shuttle to the airport, subway and not far from the main sights to visit. Our room, recently renovated in a contemporary style was very spacious, quiet and had a large bathroom very functional.
The restaurant was nice and served a perfectly honest kitchen. If we return to Rome one day, we will probably choose this hotel.

A very nice hotel close to Termini station so easy access to all the sites of Rome. Breakfast was quite nice with a reasonable amount of choice. Would have liked hash browns (fried potatoes) and sausage. Rooms are a nice size and are very clean. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom very nice but have little storage and watch how you position the shower head you could have water all over the floor.

Great. The room that happened to me maybe it was a little hair. But since I was there for work at that time it was a detail since I just needed to sleep in the room. For the rest the staff was friendly and helpful.

Strategic location next to Termini station, affable-helpful-friendly staff, clean room, modern, comfortable and with the possibility to choose the color of the LEDs to color their dreams. Also available a smartphone for domestic and international phone calls! Sweet and savory breakfast, for all tastes with great variety. Great restaurant.

We were seven stayed a week ago and the truth is that the rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was not included but only worth 3 euros per person and is very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location.

Very convenient from the train terminal and if you are looking for a clean, roomy and modern hotel, this is a great choice. We discovered it also has a gym which was not mentioned in anything we'd read prior to arrival. Yes, it also has controlled mood lighting in the rooms which added a bit more 'wow'.

The hotel has recently been refurbished. The first thing that draws attention is the decor modern. It is equipped with all services, including free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. As only negative point, the smell of the pipes that sometimes invaded the bathroom.
