Decent hotel! Good location. Friendly staff.

The rooms are ok, the Wi-Fiwreslly bad, but what really makes this hotel great is the concierge Alberto. He will tell you where to find the genuine Rome, regardless of sights, food or history.

Very comfortable Hotel for the visit in the centre of Rome. Staff available and prepared (in particular Alberto, a professor on the history of Roman monuments), but hotel to refresh even in the furnishings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. In the shower they do not leave conditioner.
Wi-Fi in the room is usually good but does not work either at the reception or in the dining room.

It is a first class hotel, this super well located, near the Fontana di Trevi, via del Corso place where are the big top shops in the world, termini, the Colosseum and a lot of other places, excellent attention, but you can not ask, Super recommended.

According to the description of the hotel is soundproofed but it is not known that soundproofing because you hear completely the noise of the street and also interior.
Another false thing is to tell you that the water in Rome cannot be drunk for you to buy their water bottles. Which is very ugly because when you get to Rome everyone tells you that the water in Rome is the best.
They do not have claims sheets or do not want to give them and having left at 11 in the morning because I could not sleep with the noise of the bells of the cathedral that makes corner and touches every hour, I was forced by the friendly owner to pay the next day too.
I found it mediocre with a bathroom window that could not be closed.

The hotel is average, a place very well located and cozy but a bad experience poorly resolved leaves a lot to be desired. Order a shuttle service from the airport that costs €50 and are not when you arrive… You get to call them and they "invent" that another with your same data has taken your car reserved, Ja ja. I tell them I take a taxi and they beg me not, that my car is already there… 35 minutes later arrives and comes without child seat because it was another, not the reserved. And we have to go with a child under 2 years in arms in a car… I don't care whether it's legal or not. I always use child restraint systems or my child is not riding. When the taxi arrived I charged €35 (I understand that for the inconvenience) but at the hotel I ask for €50. I tell them what paid the taxi driver and finally requires the €15 that are missing… After my complaint of the service… They don't care. And by €15 they could do somewhat mitigated my anger. I'll put a claim where it's pertinent.

Hotel is fine. It is what you pay for. Unfortunately a hotel concierge highly recommended a restaurant which ended up being the worst meal I’ve ever had (not just in Italy. )

This hotel is a great hotel for people that what to explore Rome it's location is so central that it is close by the biggest attentions of Rome. Also this hotel has a great and lovely staff that are kind to you,. The only disappointed thing was the state of the hotel. But it is a recommendation from me.

Positive: — Friendly staff reception, breakfast, housekeeping — good location quasi behind opera — lots of good value places in close proximity neutral: — cleanliness. Room was not dirty but stayed. Lots of scratches etc on walls. Door did not lock (was too but not extra lock) — Breakfast was note 3. Little choice of bread and no cheese. (Scheibletten are cheese but not cheese)
Negative: — Bathroom door was probably very defective due to water damage.
— Room very small — bathroom was cleaned daily, but lime traces on the floor etc.

Disclosure : first hotel I have stayed at in Rome. First hotel I have stayed in Italy. First in Europe! Revised review after staying in three other hotels in italy Location: is good for trains and metro. Also shortish walk to Capitol, Trevi, Colosseum etc. Street is quiet. Lots of restaurants close by but more tourist oriented — prices a bit higher Room: bed and pillow firm but comfortable. Room is small but in line with expectation. Bathroom is clean and functional. Could use some new paint. Lobby etc: it has one. Some seating. 24 hour desk. Has elevator. Staff: friendly and helpful Breakfast: quite good and plentiful Price: good value as far as I can figure Overall: good. Would stay again.

Hotel with simple rooms, with lack of renovation, beds with very uncomfortable springs, bathroom with a broken accessory, desk table in room with lack of drawer, shabby… breakfast acceptable.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and a hearty breakfast to fill you up for the day! It's pretty basic, but is in a good location and does the job. One of the sockets in our room didn't work, but that was the only small issue we had.

Its positive geographic in Rome is perfect if not room a little veillot but the rate is fine.

Nice room for price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not extravagant but nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable foam mattress. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Antico hotel up graded, so great that could use a map in order not to get lost. A ten minute walk from termini, not too far from trevi. Comfortable bed. Wi fi not of the best. Good bathroom. Overall a good stay.

Reception is helpful and nice. Rooms are in poor condition. Mold, plaster and paint broeckelt from the walls, wardrobe extremely desolate, bathroom door does not close, mirror is loose. For €120 the night I expect no luxury. But you can't. Breakfast for Italian standards okay. Continental light, so to speak. Coffee is a shame. Bed is comfortable though and hotel is resting at night. Right now building site outside the door. Safe is free of charge. WLAN painfully slow.

Simple and comfortable Hotel. Without claiming anything I would say that you are fine, room spacious bathroom also quite rich staff breakfast very nice, well what to say! We were fine and if I were to go to Rome I would still choose the same hotel also x as far as the central location of the hotel.

At the of the location, everything else is a ruin. At the property I recommend a total renovation. Room Underground, a have on the top, bathroom bathed by bidet and shower, bathroom door now gone, air conditioning noisy, and at least in the main, goes away the current and in the room there is no emergency light… To you the arduous sentence!
P. S. If you go by car, the hotel has a convention with a parking lot at about 150 Mt. Attention to when you withdraw the car:p er let me release the invoice I had to threaten the intervention of 117 and despite this have brought out the tax of the + VAT.

Super great room.

Only yesterday departed from this wonderful hotel. Location: 3 minutes walk to the Metro station, the 6-7 minutes to the bus and train stations Termini and the same amount of time to one of the most beautiful and largest churches of Santa Maria Maggiore, Rome.
Staff very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to the employee in the Daneèle dining room, where, by the way, monotonous, but wonderful breakfasts (3 types of sausages and pastram, cheese, cornflakes, yoghurt, ždemy, honey, butter, fruits …)
The room was small, but cozy, with a large balcony (which is important for smokers), where in warm weather, guests can eat and drink and something kind, true, no from there, but it doesn't hurt.
A couple of small cons: no kettle in room, but who likes coffee in the morning before breakfast, may come down to the cafeteria and bring more light and only one socket, because with a take and phone and tablet. Recharge them in the queue.
But it's the little things. The important thing is that we were happy with the hotel.

We are a couple from Russia spent 2 nights in this hotel. We liked our room on the 5th floor with a balcony on which nights admire the sky of Rome and the great wines of Italy. Great price for a perfect place right in the capitol city. Also, great breakfast with the room.
