Never give your credit card number for booking this hotel. I booked the Hotel through the reservation system, to confirm your reservation, request a room card, but as I drove to the Hotel with card nothing dreams s not supposed to. I paid for spot cash, and in three days the Hotel has dropped again for the stay from my card. Why it happened, just during my stay in the hotel was the Intern and they couldn't get me to register … and I think the chief hotel in the system indicated that I have not stopped and I was fine. It turns out for this gadyushnik I paid double. The hotel would not advise anyone: I think prison conditions are better. A lot of bugs.

This was the cheapest place we found at night and it was close to the main station of Rome. The receptionist was helpful and made a small discount. However there was no air conditioning in the room, the locker in the bathroom and toilet was broken, and we had to wait for a while until the water in the shower becomes warm enough to take a shower. When we arrived in the evening other people were on our beds and we had to talk to the receptionist to move those people to another room.

Worse than the rendezvous houses!
Dirty, and Truffaldini. He deserves finance!
Book at a price. Then the owner or whoever for him asks you extra money x sheets towels, arrogantly! Take advantage of events. Non-existent hot water, hygiene office How does it keep it open? Better sleep in a disgraceful dormitory of bums!

Let me tell you something about this place: 1. It’s bad because the service is extremely terrible. How so? They moved our room to another room without prior notice. 2. We paid for the 18 euros service and instead, what we got are, broken toilets, cold showers and only a piece of blanket without comforter 3. The people who work there excluding the cleaners, managers, etc are actually people who don’t get paid for their jobs. 4. You have to pay for city tax in total of 3. 50 euros and the tax have to be paid by each night instead of just a one time tax payment 5. The people aren’t friendly, when we confronted them about the services and facilities, their answers are ‘there’s nothing we can do’, ‘the manager is not here’, ‘we can’t help you’. For God’s sake, we paid 22 euros for this kind of service? 6. Please do not come here and stay, I understand the location is great but there are many other hostels in Rome and I wouldn’t mind paying extra, but this hostel has got to be the worst experience so far.

This hostel makes my experience in Rome the worst in my life! Please people think if u want stay in this terrible hostel. I know is cheaper, but you can find something better with few euros more.

Location is right next to the train station (good or bad depending on what you're looking for), but don't stay here. The bad reviews are true. I ended up staying here because I booked last minute and it was bad. The room was old. I walked into a shared suite with no idea which beds were free and just had to assume. I have no idea if the sheets were new or clean, the shower did not work, and the wardrobe (which wasn't really a wardrobe) was rusting. Not to mention I had to pay when I got there but they still charged my card. I learned 2 things from this experience. Don't be cheap and don't book last minute!

After taking the piss because on the internet there were prices while once arrived from them the prices were different (cheaper) we are at 7 in the morning the type of reception (of which does not know a word of Italian, it seems right we are in Italy) That wakes us up to tell us that they had hurt the bills and we had to pay the difference, taking a accusatory air as if we wanted to somehow make the sly to deceive them more than in Rome terms seems to be in former Yugoslavia given the conditions of the stable, holes in the ceiling, broken intercom, broken doors etc etc…, in Wi-Fi was not going, in the bathrooms lacked soap and hot water, do not accept cards only cash, bunk beds shaky and broken, experience more unique than rare, recommended!

Simply the worst hostel to stay. We stayed only one night. The reception on 1st floor and rooms from floor 2 onwards (not allowed to use the lift which is there to load the bags to the floor accordingly). They gave us a room key so every time we wanted to enter, someone from reception had to open a door of our own room. The Wi-Fi was awful, the signal to only go to the reception. We didn't have a control for the air conditioning. The bed was incómodisima, you felt all the springs. The walls were despintadas and dirty. The bathroom had 3 lights: of which one was burnt and the other had a hole in it directly. So we were in twilight. The sink in the bathroom was losing water so we flooded all over the floor. The shower we didn't use because it was full of scale and dirty. Even gave us soap for washing hands. It is not recommended for anything, the price is carisimo to the quality and "comforts" that are offered.

Only thing I liked about this hostel was the staff. Aurelio, Stefano, Giovanni and Paul were incredibly nice and would do anything to make the stay more pleasant. Aside from that, my experience here was unpleasant to say the least. Very uncomfortable mattresses, no soap in the bathrooms, always very cold, bad smells in the bathroom, water took a long time to warm up. Would not recommend staying at this establishment.

Some of my best experiences in Rome came from their suggestions. +At 15 euro a night, it's a hard price to beat. +I was there off-season, but I ended up with a whole room to myself for multiple nights -Hot water didn't work

One of the worst places i've ever been to. Half of the bathrooms dont have hot water, the place is dirty, the rooms smell very bad, you end up sharing the bathrrom with so many people that taking a shower can mean more than an hour waiting and of course its gonna be completly dirty. The food at the restaurante its average but definitely overpriced. The roof has leaks if you are lucky only in the hall and not in your room. The location is the only advantage of the place, it's not a nice area but it's 2 min walk from termini station, where you get shuttles to the airport, trains and buses. Anyway the area is full of other places that are better deals for same or cheaper prices.

Bad and to say the least an understatement, the structure and to renovate, the elevator was not working, the internet wrote that the cost of a bed in a room from 10 was do 7 euros and something while I found them to pay 18 euros! It had been a decent structure but not even that, The bathrooms had no where to hang clothes, broken hair dryer, cold water and baths without heating between here as well the room because a small heating in a huge room does not serve to an emeritus Cazz. Or! It Was cold and The beds were uncomfortable when I lay down it felt like I was falling into a chasm, the Wi-Fi took terrible, 2 people working at the front desk didn't know a word of Italian, I found myself having to speak English in Italy °! Absurd! The only good thing was the central location, the nice staff and the 6 room completely empty for 2 days which to me was very convenient, but not so much to wonder why it was empty in the center of Rome Termini.

Brought bed bugs home! Not happy that I have been bitten all over and now they are back in the uk with me too and I'm still being bitten! The beds are disgusting and you get charged for the linen which is a joke! So that's an extra charge for the extra guests within the sheets, some bugs are so big they are visible! The water is freezing cold never hot so not thrilling when you need to wash your hair. The staff don't really seem to care about that part but they are happy to help you with what to see and do which I guess is nice. This was the last place I stayed in on my 3 weeks inn Italy and it put a proper downer on the whole trip I couldn't wait to pack and leave! On a plus the cafe' downstairs is friendly and it has a good location but is it worth the aftermarth?

I was charged taxes by the city as applicable and in addition 4 euros more x taxes of the hotel that never was told I had to pay it and failed to explain why they charged. The room malisima dirty without air vaños all spoiled with las bachas beach waters and the showers are half broken. The truth's a waste of money. Before sleep there one more night, spend the night in the airport.

You'd think a hotel would realize there were more than 10 people in the 10-person room BEFORE they assigned 11 people there. After showering in the moldy shower, and getting into the sheet-less bed in the smelly room, we were surprised to find it was sheet-less because it was SOMEONE ELSE'S. So at 1:00 am, we got refunded (which was gracious of them) and had to wander the streets of Rome to find somewhere to stay. You'd be better off just paying a bit more for an adequate hotel.

BED BUGS! First night, no sleep. The room must have been at least 35°. Two of our group of 8 slept on the floor due to the abhorrent sleeping conditions. We paid for the MANDATORY linen which we then used to line the wooden floor. One of the beds was infested with a nest of bedbugs. We woke up to the bloodstained linen sheets as one of our members was bitten at least 30 times by the bugs around 3 hours into his sleep. Not only were there bed bugs but the pillows we were given was like sleeping on a bag of tennis balls! The communal showering conditions were pretty pathetic. The shower dribbled down from the ceiling which was barley enough to wash off the bloodstains which covered my friends back and legs. In the morning we went down to the reception to complain about our horrendous ordeal. A staff member quickly responded to confirm the infestation. We were told that they would deal with the situation. After six of us came back from a day out sightseeing in Rome we found out that we had been kicked out the room. We were not allowed to stay in the room or hostel as it was "too dangerous" to return, and the hostel was already full. We got all three nights refunded including the first night and thanks to cooperative staff they also helped to find us a nearby hostel for the rest off the trip (when in Rome b and b which we recommend as a much better, cheaper alternative). All good right? WRONG!

The beds were a total joke, they were very wobbly and one even crashed under my friend. Also, the bathroom was very bad: it took very long time for hot water to come and then the floor was flooding as if the drain wouldn't be there at all. The hostel is close to the Termini train station, with convenient side. Always a lot of interesting young people from all over the world. I arrived from Moscow and I was interested to chat with guys and girls from Spain, Greece, the Netherlands and Chile. We have a lot of fun walking around Rome, chatted in English, because the bad guys knew Italian. When I travel, I try to choose rooms cheap and I didn't hesitate neighborhood with several people in the room (spacious enough rooms), we became friends and now follow the life of a friend of a friend on Facebook. The hostel is a very friendly staff (thanks guys! ), a 24-hour reception, warm atmosphere!
