Beautiful place and very clean.
Easy to find and close to the metro station as well as the bus stop.
The owners are very friendly and helpful to our every need as well as the staff that we met!

Our stay at Relais Mazzini in Rome was really great. We had everything we needed, the room was nice and clean and AC worked great.

Brilliant location, right next to the Vatican within easy reach of the Vatican museum and St. Peters Basilica.

I had an excellent experience at B&B Mr. Brown during my solo trip to Rome. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

It's just the perfect place to stay in Rome. The only thing is that the metro station is 9 mins walk but the bus stop is just right at the entrance. They even leave breakfast boxes every morning.

Antonio was the perfect host. Rooms were nice and very close to train station as we arrived by train from FCO. We had also planned to take the train to civitavecchia for our cruise so another plus.

The room was very clean, we have great breakfast and the place was near the city. We take only one bus and the bus stop was near. B&B Trastevere in bed is the best place in Rome.

EXCELLENT FOOD AND FANTASTIC LOCATION, overlooking the lake in the countryside. We ate the "tasting menu" and were pleasantly surprised. The service needs to be improved a bit, but still very good.

Very nice site with good facilities, including pools, shop, restaurant, takeaway, cocktail bar, pool-side cafe, kids entertainment. Nice trees and natural setting.

Amazing place. Much better than I anticipated. The pool area is great and really big. It can get busy, but there is always room to have a swim and the pool bar / cafe is really good.

We selected this B&B for parking & Breakfast.
Parking located in their secured side driveway enough for 3 cars. They charge 5 euro per day, the only one that had a fee in our 7 weeks so far in italy.

This hotel is in the perfect location! restaurants, pharmacy and cafes. I was on the 4th floor and my room was nice and quiet. The room was comfortable and clean.

Staying at Olive Tree Hill is like staying with friends in an incredibly peaceful haven. Real talk: you haven’t scheduled enough time to see everything in Rome that you want to see.

We first stayed here 9 years ago. We were driving through Italy and wanted a place to see Rome from without dealing with the car. This was perfect.

The room was ok. You have all the basic things. The bathroom bit small and shower to small. But good lighting in the bathroom.

Positive: The B&B is very clean, owners are very nice and very polite. Everything is very clean and all sanitary measures are strictly followed. The bathroom is pretty spacious.

Don't be fooled by the few reviews of the hotel. It is a very nice hotel. It is very clean and centrally located. We had the chance to meet the owner on the last day, he is very polite and warm.

The room was exactly what you need after a day of walking around the city but the problem start when I ask for the accommodation/tourist tax receipt.

As a US traveler, coming to a major chain hotel was for a newbie traveler in Italy.

People say it's so far, but we found it to be so peaceful after a day in Rome. We took a taxi to Rome that took about 15 minutes for $50. Coming back was rush hour and took about 45 minutes at $75.

A great experience! The house is very well connected. Being so close to the Metro Station (Linea A) makes it very easy to reach the main tourist attractions of Rome. The house itself is great.
