So happy to have found this treasure near the airport in Rome. Got in late and was warmly greeted and settled in by proprietor. Super clean, got a good night’s sleep and had a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Huge selection and a great cappuccino too. Lovely grounds even though out of the way.
We couldn’t believe this charming hotel was so close to the airport! We stayed here overnight to make sure we were able to get to our morning flights from FCO on time and never expected it to be so beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and the shuttle service to the airport reliable and affordable!

The place is clean. Breakfast is good. The owner is very attentive to your needs. Loved the place. The only downside there are no restaurants close by. (restaurant 15 to 20 mins. Walking. ) If you have a rental car, then is PERFECT!
