A pleasant surprise for tired cyclists. Quiet and comfortable with a nice patio to enjoy the greenery. Homemade pastries in the morning was a great way to start the day.

This place is heaven. We feel like we're staying with our family! The owner Paula is so sweet and accommodating. She treats us like family. The pool is exquisite. The location is perfect.

Location good, a short walk to Metro station or 25 min walk to Colosseum.

The accomodation was excellent, in a quiet area even if it's not far from the bus and metro stations. Beautiful old villa with a charming small garden, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds.

Good location, kind hostess, delicious breakfast — for those who love to start day sweet highly recommend to choose "Leticias delight" to get a different sweet treat to your coffee everyday.

Its a small place but it was the perfect choice for us. The room is enough, a small bathroom, again just enough. The place is always clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed a week at Terre di Musignano, in the Olivo apartment for two people. Adequate place, well organized and nice, nothing is missing. But most importantly it has a porch with a view.

The country house is surrounded by olive groves, forests and hills with wonderful views of the countryside.

A great place to stay! they welcomed in our group of 22 and were FANTASTIC hosts! we were thankful for their graciousness with our college students over new years.

Cecilia and her family made us so welcome when we recently stayed at Castello de Proceno. The castle has been restored beautifully, it was a wonderful experience to stay there.

Already dreaming of returning to this special place. I stayed in the Chiostrino apartment and the courtyard looked right onto the castle.

Superb farmhouse in a strategic and convenient position for visiting the attractive destinations of the crossroads area between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria.

We were looking for a place to spend a relaxing week in Tuscia to also visit lower Tuscany and nearby Umbria, Orvieto Siena area and after searching very carefully we chose the Sant'Angelo farmhouse.

This place was a quaint little place run by a lovely lovely lady.
Breakfast was served each day in the breakfast room.

Everything was great, the hosts were very helpful and respectful. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. All in all it was a great stay, definitely would recommend.

Close to Saint Peter’s Basilica. Really good restaurants around. Easy to get in on your own (if you have internet access). Delicious breakfast, kind staff and clean rooms.

Overall a good experience staying at Best Vatican. The B&B is within a shared building, not very clear from outside the street.

I loved the hotel, good price, good service and good location.
The breakfast is great, and the bed is comfy.
I only would add hot water or a tea pot.

The hotel is a very good choice, location base combines the close distance from the Vatican (20' on foot), quiet area, the staff at the reception very helpful and kind.

It is a small B&B (only 3 rooms) managed by Francesca and Vittoria.
The rooms are new, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, bathrooms with rain shower and bidet.

I had a wonderful experience at the bed-and — breakfast in Rome Italy hosted by Francesca and Victoria.

This is one of the best placed places if you are looking to be in a safe spot and have the walk ability on the spotlight places across Rome or Vatican.

We stayed there for 2 days and it was perfect, really close to every major site in Rome and a 15 minute walk from the Vatican! The room was clean, cute and had everything we needed.

Great location. Rooms were adequate and very clean. If your not picky about having a fancy room this place is perfect. Within walking distance to many attractions. Access to Taxi, Uber.

After a slight struggle to gain access to the room, we were quickly excited to find two spacious rooms, both with AC units that kept the place cool all day.

This is a lovely guesthouse in Prati. Close to restaurants and short walks to Vatican, Piazza Navonna, Trevi, Pantheon, and Spanish steps. It is a few floors up and there is a lift.

I went with my husband and my baby for 4 nights and this is my honest experience:
1 — Location: the hotel, as you can see I'm Google, is 15 mins walking to Roma Termini.

I was there for 3 nights. For the price it was good specially because it was near 2 subway station. Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele (5 min max).
The room was quiet and clean.

The hotel is excellent, with a very spacious room, an airy balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the daily cleaning and towel replacement.

We stayed at J24 in Rome for two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean and quiet, and our host, David, was warm and thoughtful.

One of the best place that I have been, and one of the best cappuccino that I have had. I can just recommend it.

Now when we come to Rome to go to the opbg we stay here! The owner is amazing, friendly, nice and thoughtful! The place is an oasis of serenity!
