Yes, on-site private parking is available. Guests note the convenience of the location and mention that the host provides an automatic gate remote control for easy vehicle access to the property.

The staff, represented by the owner, Ms. Rita, is described as exceptionally kind, welcoming, and patient. She is ready to greet guests with a warm smile and calm demeanor, even during very late check-ins (e.g., at 1:30 AM). Guests highlight her helpfulness, discretion, and genuine desire to make their stay comfortable.

Breakfast is described as rich and high quality, featuring fresh products. The main highlight is the homemade Bundt cake (ciambellone) prepared by Ms. Rita, which guests call a true "delicacy" and "pampering." The selection also includes jams, milk, coffee, croissants, crispbread, water, and muffins. Breakfast can be served directly to the room or arranged on a dedicated table.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, featuring high-quality bed linen. Guests have access to air conditioning, a TV, a well-cooling refrigerator, as well as an iron and ironing board. Most reviews describe the beds as very comfortable and wide. However, there is one negative review where a guest complained about poor-quality mattresses and bed frames resulting in back pain.

The majority of guests are very pleased with the cleanliness: the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens are cleaned thoroughly and on a daily basis. The linens are described as clean and fragrant. Nevertheless, there was an isolated incident where guests had to chase lizards out of the room themselves, to which the host explained that this is normal for a countryside residence.

The rooms feature a functional kitchenette equipped with essential cookware and tableware. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property. For guest comfort, heating systems (radiators) are provided and operate efficiently during the winter period.

The property is ideal for families with children, offering plenty of green space, a children's slide, and a barbecue area. Guests traveling with children appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, two friendly and affectionate dogs reside on the property.

Guests are treated to warm complimentary gestures in the form of freshly baked homemade treats. Ms. Rita frequently leaves her signature cakes and muffins in the rooms or offers them upon check-in and check-out, creating a very family-like and hospitable atmosphere.
