The location is really beautiful and comfortable for those who love the sea. Mrs. Carla and her daughter Maria Luisa impeccable and very friendly as always! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful facility, wonderfully quiet location. Daniel and Luka do a great job! Pool could be a little warmer but that's my personal feeling, entry and exit are a bit tricky despite the mirror.

We chose this farmhouse for the baptism of our daughter. The farmhouse outside is beautiful, there is the swimming pool, very green, the pond with all kinds of animals, and everything well cared for.

Positive: Great location near the airport. Hotel employee picked us up within minutes of calling him. There were six of us travelling together with all our luggage.

Excellent stay again this year at the B&B Badino mare. The owners are always kind and helpful and Mrs. Franca is very efficient and talented as always.

I booked this property for my nephew who was coming from Milan and his friend. They arrived late in the evening and despite this they found an unprecedented welcome.

I don't usually leave reviews but this time I can't help it. The hotel is a small complex where you are welcomed in a familiar manner.

Not the best location but easy to find.

Simple, clean and spacious room. Close to Roma Tiburtina and Bologna metro station. This place accommodates late check-in.

The outside space at the front of the hotel is not very appealing, however, as it is situated on a busy crossroads it is unlikely that you would want to sit outside anyway.

We walked from Montefiascone to Viterbo on the first day of our Via Francigena. The heavens opened about 7kms out of Viterbo and by the time we reached the Mini Palace we were drenched.

The Host Lady was very nice and acted professionally. She was friendly, polite and kid. From first minute she showed her caring. Home was cosy and we with my friend felt like home.

Mrs. Francesca was an amazing host. She was more than happy to help me with my early check-in, explain the sightseeing spots, and offer recommendations on where to eat some great Italian food!

We have stayed in many places around the world, but L'Frantoro may be our favorite place so far!

My review of the B&B: The location was wonderful! We were quietly nestled into a safe little oasis above the Lago Albano madness, with great views of the lake and Castle Gandolfo.

The rooms (aparmans) were clean and well prepared. Ideally spacious for a couple or family. Sounds and voices from neighboring rooms can be slightly heard.
