Lovely place to stay near the Vatican but also only a few metro stops away from the tourist sites. Room's are very quiet and nicely decorated. Valentina was a really lovely host.
From the beginning Valentina was an excellent host; friendly, professional and helpful. The room is spot on, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was lovely. The building is very secure, it is in an excellent position for visiting Vatican Museums (5 mins walk) and St. Peters Basilica (15 mins walk around Vatican walls). There are plenty of shops, bistros, restaurants and bars, good quality meals and quick snacks all available and at reasonable prices… the best part is sitting outdoors and watching the world go by. At the end of our stay Valentina helped with taxi arrangements to Ciampino Airport, all in all a brilliant stay, brilliant host and highly recommended if you want to stay near to Vatican (whilst here we visited all the main sites like Trevi, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Venetian Palace… we walked everywhere at around 20, 000 steps a day just to give you an idea… there is a great metro system which we used once, easy and cheap but totally packed out… we preferred the walking). Thanks Valentina, when we return to Rome we'll be staying with you again, Dave and Paula x.

I will start by saying that the location of this place is great as there are many shops, restaurants and attractions to visit. However, the room was very dusty and little did I know that I would be woken up to noise pounding construction on the 5th floor that was taking place ALL DAY during the week from 8am to 4pm. I get that it is a residential building but if you have people coming to stay especially if they're on vacation the last thing they want to listen to is noise grinding construction going on during their vacation; that is something that needs to be informed to guests PRIOR to them paying and then for them to find this AFTERWARDS by being woken up to this noise. Also, just a heads up yes they have an elevator, buy its very very tiny. It took both my son and I 3 trips to bring up our luggage on the initial flight up, and 3 trips down on our last day. If you are wheelchair bound, please do not stay here, your wheelchair WILL NOT fit. Will NOT stay here again, it's better to Book at a real hotel.
