This hotel is a hidden gem! The owner and staff were so sweet. You can tell they take so much pride and love in the hotel. The location is great.

Such a wonderful stay! Stefano and Fabrizio were so kind and helpful, they told us all we needed to know and were always there if we had any questions.

Positives: The room and bathroom are really comfortable and everything was very clean. The neighborhood is great, and there's no noise for sleeping.

My experience staying at Vatican Break Home was outstanding! The location was easy to find, and the service I received was exceptional.

We stayed 3 nights at Eletta, and the owner Ivan couldn’t have been more accommodating. He responded very quickly to all questions I raised and gave me advice before arriving which helped immensely.

We’re seasoned travelers and have been to countless places across Europe and overseas, but I have to tell you this apartment was the best so far!

Let’s start from the fact that the staff is super nice and sweet, they serve an amazing breakfast and have a wonderful communication with clients.

Lovely place to stay in Rome. Reasonable rates, spacious room, very comfortable beds. Handy to all locations by bus. Pasticceria Linari below is fabulous for colazione or dolci and fresh orange juice.

I had an incredible experience in this suite! The location is ideal—away from the crowds yet close enough to the action. The neighborhood offers a variety of fantastic restaurants with delicious food.

Amazing place and also amazing service. Extremely helpful and friendly people there. The location is perfect, very close to public transport, restaurants and the colosseum.

My partner and I recently stayed at Relais Circo Massimo Guesthouse and had such a wonderful stay from start to finish.

Our room was small but it was nice and modern. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work but as it wasn’t at a warm time of year we could just open our balcony window.

We had lovely experience at Clemy in Rome. The room was nice and clean. Free coffee (nespresso) and tea is available. The place is in walking distance of the colloseum, foro romano and Palentine hill.

Lovely room in a great location. Everything was clean and well decorated. Great to be able to help ourselves to tea, coffee, biscuits etc in the general kitchen area.

Had a really great stay here. The location is hard to beat—right near the Colosseum with amazing views, and super easy to get around the city from there.

The location of this hotel is excellent — the metro station Colosseum is a few steps away and it’s a walking distance to many sights. Also, I really enjoyed staying in this beautifully designed room.

The location is stunning: an oasis in the middle of the crowded city of Rome with a breathtaking view over the Colosseo. The suites are all carefully furnished and the service is at a very high level.

Positive: the location, lovely staff, clean, breakfast at root top excellent experience.

This was my second stay at Lugarno Collection Hotels. The first one in Milan at Portrait Milano which was a true great experience, really 10/10.

Our stay at Portrait Roma truly elevated our entire Rome experience.

Everybody was very helpful and we felt very comfortable, even with a two month old. The room was very well-appointed and regularly serviced, and we would definitely return.

The hospitality was warm, professional, and very genuine. Everything was clean, well organized, and comfortable, with great attention to detail.

Great location, clean, great and welcoming service. This hotel is in the middle of the plaza where the bottom of the Spanish steps is located.

Really nice spacious accommodation, (1 double bed, & 1 convertible couch/bed) very central (immediately adjacent to Spanish steps).
