The restaurant: the grill! Large selection of meat for the grill (grill fire made from wood).

Spent two nights here as we travelled for a wedding nearby.
Atmosphere is great, beautiful countryside views all around the hotel.

Lovely room in a great location. Good quality air-con which was very helpful when staying in July. Facilities were as you'd expect and of a good standard.

Excellent location! Lot of local resturants near by. Owner and staff was very helpful and gave lot of useful information, suggested good places to eat too. Close to metro station.

Nice but a little quirky. The owner goes out of his way for you. We did love it. Close to major sites, it is in a very Italian neighborhood awesome local restaurants.

Overall a good stay, room was a little hot but not too bad. The male on reception on 17/04/25 (night shift) was really friendly and made sure we got a fair price for the taxi back to the airport.

Very close to Fiumicino airport, was good just for one night sleepover. Staff is polite and breakfast is good. Although rooms were clean there was a smell coming from vents.

I travelled here in the dark and had a beautiful surprise the next morning. A lovely quaint village up in the mountains. Very clean and very cute.

I spent three days with Silvia, a very exquisite person, kind and above all very helpful!

I'm absolutely satisfied. The place is beautiful and super atmosphere. And several words about Silvia, she is very kind.

We stayed 6 hotels across Italy for our honeymoon and this was by far our favorite. The building was beautiful, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The pool is a must.

The hotel is located in a historic palazzo in a strategic location—just a few minutes’ walk from Tivoli’s major sights.

This really felt like a 5* experience. We stayed only for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The room is newly renovated to a really high quality in a lovely apartment block.

The place is very beautiful and clean. Well located because it is quiet yet close to places to visit (10 minutes by bike). The team is great.

Ottavia residence is a good place to stay in Rome, and when I come back I will stay there again. The location is the outskirts of Rome, but that is where I was attending a Conference.
